Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Where to Find All 12…

While progressing through the campaign of Modern Warfare 3, players will have to fight through a handful of Open Combat Area missions that will force players to explore the mission area to discover equipment and weapons. While exploring these areas, players will find a variety of armaments scattered through the open area missions - players may recognize these armaments as killstreaks from Call of Duty's multiplayer game modes. If players can find and use each of the twelve armaments available throughout the game's campaign they can unlock the No Such Thing As Too Many achievement or trophy.

Players will want to focus their search on three specific Open Combat Area missions - Precious Cargo, Reactor, and Gora Dam. While this guide will cover the quickest accessible locations to acquire the armaments, players may discover these items in other areas and missions, so be sure to keep an eye out while playing through the story of Modern Warfare 3.

Precious Cargo

Players can find several armaments in Precious Cargo, including sentry turrets and UAVs, but the most important one to find and use in this mission is the Mosquito Drone, which cannot be found on the other two missions high in armaments.

Mosquito Drone

Players will find the Mosquito Drone in Precious Cargo - search the shipping containers near D-6 looking for the Shadow Company insignia (a spade with a rook inside). Inside the shipping container players will find a weapon supply crate along with the Mosquito Drone armament.

Reactor

Reactor is an excellent mission to hunt for armaments, having nine of the total twelve available in the mission area. Players can freely search Reactor after destroying the three Konni helicopters and clearing out all troops, before heading into the reactor.

Mortar Strike

Players will find a Mortar Strike in C-2/D-3 in a cargo supply drop. Players will also find a Mortar Strike on the top floor of the concrete building in C-4.

Stealth Bomber

Players can find a Stealth Bomber near the supply crate on the roof of the warehouse in B-2 in Reactor and another in H-4 on the roof of the building just south of the Konni helicopter location.

Sentry Turret

There is a sentry turret in the locked warehouse in A-2 in Reactor. Clear out the nearby Konni soldiers, then use the LTV to climb to the roof and use the open vent in the roof to drop into the warehouse and grab the sentry gun.

VTOL Jet

The VTOL Jet in Reactor is found on top of the fire station in D-6. Players will also find a SAM Turret and a self-revive nearby.

Precision Airstrike

There is a precision airstrike in F-5/G-6 just North of the LTV with the auto-turret in the back, on the West side of the building.

UAV

There is a UAV in Reactor in F-5 on the roof of the concrete building near the supply crate with the Munitions Box. Check the table to the left of the supply crate to find the UAV.

SAM Turret

SAM Turret can be found pretty commonly in Reactor near the cargo drops where other armaments are found. If players are having difficulty finding a SAM Turret, check the roof of the fire station in D-6.

Bomb Drone

There is a bomb drone on the railway in between the irrigation pipes on the South side of Reactor's mission area in E-6.

Cruise Missile

Players will find the Cruise Missile on the ground in the parking lot of F-4.

Gora Dam

The final two armaments can be found in Gora Dam, with the Chopper Gunner being exclusively available for this mission.

Cluster Mine

Players will find the Cluster Mine in Gora Dam directly beneath the point Ghost BASE jumps from. Parachute directly down to the road underneath the jump point and turn around, looking in the corner near the orange weapon supply crate - the Cluster Mine will be to the left of the crate.

Chopper Gunner

Players will find the Chopper Gunner in a cargo supply drop in Gora Dam in the G-7 sector on a small island below the dam. Look for the orange parachute on the ground by the patch of trees on the island. Approach the cargo supplies and find the Chopper Gunner on top of the drop.

Once players find the Chopper Gunner in Gora Dam, if all eleven other armaments were found on Precious Cargo and Reactor, the challenge will be complete and players will be awarded the No Such Thing As Too Many Achievement or Trophy.
