Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 has revealed some exciting new info about its Zombies mode, including all eight perks players will be able to use. Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies is a return to the popular co-op game mode's roots, transitioning back to a round-based approach that fans have been asking to see for years.
With Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies taking its cues from previous iterations of the mode, it's no surprise that many of its defining features will be making a return. This includes Perk-A-Cola, which players are able to purchase from machines to get various stat boosts and other helpful effects. Perk Machines will be spread out across the game's Zombies maps, with players able to keep them until they're downed, at which point they start losing them one at a time until they're picked up by their teammates. Most of the perks in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies are returning from previous games, but there is one new one.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Reveals Zombies Pre-Order Bonuses
Pre-order bonuses for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 are officially confirmed following the grand reveal of the game's newest Zombies map.
Activision has confirmed that some of the most popular Zombies perks will be returning in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, including Jugger-Nog, Quick Revive, Speed Cola, Stamin-Up, PhD Flopper, Deadshot Daiquiri, and Elemental Pop, all of which function similarly to how they did in previous games. This means Jugger-Nog will give players a significant health boost, while Speed Cola lets players reload faster, etc. The new perk in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies is Melee Macchiato, which swaps the butt of a player's gun with a "deadly punch that sends enemies flying."
All Black Ops 6 Zombies Perks and What They Do
- Jugger-Nog: Increase maximum health by 100.
- Quick Revive: Reduce the health regen delay time by 50%. Reduce the time it takes to revive an ally by 50%.
- Speed Cola: Increase reload and armor replating speed bonus by 30%.
- Stamin-Up: Increase movement speed.
- PhD Flopper: Immunity to all self-inflicted damage and status effects. Dive to prone triggers an explosion, which increases the higher you fall. Immunity from fall damage while diving to prone.
- Deadshot Daiquiri: Aiming down sight moves to enemy critical location. Increase enemy critical damage.
- Elemental Pop: Every bullet you fire has a small chance to apply a random Ammo Mod effect.
- Melee Macchiato: Replace weapon gun butt with a deadly punch that sends enemies flying.
Using perks in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Zombies will let players access special Augments that make them even better, categorized by Minor and Major Augments. Activision used the new Melee Macchiato perk as an example when explaining Augments. A Minor Augment players can get for Melee Macchiato in Black Ops 6 Zombies adds Hidden Impact to the Perk, which makes it so melee kills reload a portion of one's ammo, while a Major Agument is Vampirism, which makes it so melee attacks actually heal the player.
Activision made it a point to mention that these are the perks available on the Terminus Island map, which implies other Black Ops 6 Zombies maps may have different perks on offer. There will be two Zombies maps in Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 at launch: Terminus Island and Liberty Falls, the latter of which is being kept mostly secret for now. It's possible it will have all the same perks as Terminus Island, but it's also possible that it will have some surprises, so Zombies fans will just have to wait and see.
