It was confirmed that Infected will be added about a week after launch, while other game modes will have to wait for later. This means that it's highly likely that popular modes like Gun Game will not be available when Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 launches on October 25, an unfortunate trend that has been going on for years.
Don't Expect Black Ops 6 to Have All Party Game Modes at Launch
Party game modes have consistently skipped Call of Duty launch dates in recent years. This is especially disappointing for the Black Ops sub-series, as that is where many of the franchise's party game modes originated.
