The latest big content patch was for Season 2, and it included many changes to the game, like new weapons, cosmetics, and more. Among these is the addition of new Multiplayer maps, including Bounty, Dealership, and Lifeline. These maps vary in size and provide more options for gamers who lost interest in the Black Ops 6 launch maps. One gamer has highlighted the reason why calling a Care Package too close to the edge of Bounty is a bad idea.

Reddit user EvilTommyM recently shared a Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 clip showing a problematic part of the Bounty map for players with a Care Package Scorestreak reward. The video begins with the player dropping down to get to a lower section of the northwest part of the rooftop section of the map. They approach a square construction area that appears big enough to receive their Care Package, and they drop the smoke grenade to call it in. The Black Ops 6 Scorestreak reward briefly lingers on the building's roof before bouncing off the surface wildly, nearly hitting an adjacent building on the way down. The clip concludes with the player, perhaps flabbergasted, pausing to watch their Care Package disappear, then turning to see their team capturing the middle Control point.
This Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Map Can Be Detrimental for Care Package Users
Bounty is one of the Black Ops 6 Season 2 maps, and it has garnered a relatively positive response from the community, Care Package issues aside. Black Ops 6 isn't the only Call of Duty to feature this issue, as most maps with buildings and out-of-bounds areas bode poorly for Care Package users. While some players suggested that EvilTommyM should've jumped after their Care Package, there's no way that its contents could've been retrieved once it fell out of bounds. In general, it may be a bad idea for players to call in drops near the edge of any map, as this is always a way they could lose the valuable Scorestreak rewards.
As Activision continues to update Black Ops 6, future maps added to the rotation may have similar Care Package problems. Given this issue dates back to the first Call of Duty to include the Care Package, the original Modern Warfare, it's unlikely that it will be resolved anytime soon.
