Draco, a legendary brawler from Brawl Stars, might be one of the best Tank-type brawlers to play with right now. The knight shoots electricity through his electric guitar as his basic attack. When his Super is charged, Draco mounts his inflatable dragon that spews fire from its mouth.

The key to effectively utilizing the brawler to its best is cycling his Super attack. Although his basic attack stats are not very appealing, when paired with the right Gadgets and Star Power, Draco is very difficult to counter. This guide covers everything about Draco, from his Gadgets, Gears, and Star Power to his stats and best build.

Supercell Reveals Three New Clash of Clans Games

Fans of Clash of Clans will be happy to know that developer Supercell is expanding the universe with three new upcoming games.

Brawl Stars: Draco Best Gadgets, Gear, and More

Legendary Brawler Draco

Draco has medium range when it comes to his basic attack. However, unlike other brawlers, Draco's Super gets charged even when he is receiving damage. This gives players the opportunity to cycle his Super and take out enemies with longer range and higher damage output.

Additionally, Draco gets a 25% shield boost, 15% damage reduction, and 20% speed boost when his Super is activated.

Gadget

Draco Gadget

Without the help of his Gadgets, Draco cannot shine. When paired with other abilities properly, his Gadgets make a real difference in how a round ends. Here are his two Gadgets:

  • Upper Cut: Draco's next basic attack launches enemies in the air for a short duration.
  • Last Stand: Draco's health points do not fall under 1, for 2 seconds.

Both of his Gadgets have 3 charges per match unless a player gets his Gadget Charge (Gear) that grants him another charge.

Gear

Draco Gear

Draco, like all other brawlers, has the same selection of Gears to choose from. In some cases, brawlers come with an unlockable Mythic Gear. Unfortunately, Draco does not have one.

Star Power

Draco Star Power

The legendary Tank brawler has two Star Powers. Players should choose the best one for them, depending on their playstyle and how they intend to approach this Brawler. His Star Powers include:

  • Expose: Draco's Lance Stab (basic attack) exposes enemies every 5 seconds on successfully landing a hit. The enemy takes 35% extra damage for 5 seconds.
  • Shredding: On activating Draco's Super, he gets healed for 2612 health points

Best Draco Build In Brawl Stars

When it comes to using Draco in different match types, the main goal remains the same - to cycle his Super attack. Regardless, his Super needs to be paired with his most effective Gadget, Gears, and Star Power for the best results. Check out the video above for a demonstration of how the abilities are used in combination, depending on the situation. Here's the best build for Draco in Brawl Stars:

  • Gadget: Last Stand
  • Gear: Damage (Super Rare), Shield (Super Rare)
  • Star Power: Shredding

When it comes to Gadgets, Draco's Last Stand prevents him from falling under 1 health point for 2 seconds. This is best paired with his Super, which allows players to become invincible for 2 seconds while using Dragon Solo.

Players are advised to use a Damage and Shield Gear to increase the brawler's damage output by 15% when he's below 50% health and add 900 health as a consumable shield, respectively.

For his Star Power, Shredding is the most effective for his Super cycle build, since it heals Draco for 2612 health points every time Dragon Solo is activated. Thus, when the Gadget, Gears, and Star Power mentioned above are paired together, players will be able to get a good amount of damage output via Draco's Super attack while his other abilities help keep him alive.

Things to keep in mind when playing Draco

Keep the following tips in mind when playing as Draco:

  1. Remember that Draco's Super gets charged even when receiving damage
  2. Cycle his Super as much as you can to maximize damage output
  3. Pair it with the Last Stand Gadget right after activating his Super attack
  4. Let his Star Power, Shredding, do its job passively by healing you for 2612 HP every time Draco's Super is activated
  5. You can also use the Last Stand to escape a fight when on low health

Draco Best Match Types

  • Hot Zone: In this match type, Draco is currently one of the best tank brawlers to pick. Even though he does not have a long range, it covers most of the Hot Zone. Thus, players can just cycle their Super and spray-fire on the enemies to prevent them from entering the circle.
  • Brawl Ball: In a typical Brawl Ball match, Draco has the upper hand (unless paired against close-ranged brawlers) due to his ability to clear out multiple enemies with a single Super spray. While Draco clears the arena, other teammate(s) try to score a goal.
