In fact, Koji was the glue in this chapter, and he finally explained a lot of things to the readers, such as the special power that he possesses, why he sought out Boruto, and above all, what his ultimate goal is.

Koji's incredible powers were revealed to the fans in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13, and they were directly tied in the story to the emergence of a new Shinju at the end of the chapter. Fans know that this new Shinju is going to be extremely exciting, and right now, there are a lot of ideas floating around, with only a handful making perfect sense.

In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13, fans found out that the Shinju that they had already seen are still growing in number. Right now, there are four Shinju in total. These are Mamushi, who was born from Bug, Matsuri, who was born from Moegi, Hidari, who was born from Sasuke Uchiha, and Jura, whose parent body remains unknown so far. However, fans also found out that these four are still looking to add to their ranks, which means more Shinju are going to be presenting themselves in the future of Boruto. As such, not just their strength, but also the numbers are going to grow as well. They will eventually go on to destroy the planet, which means that no one can fight back against them. This was clearly indicated in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13, where, at the end of the chapter, Jura and Mamushi returned to the hideout.

There, Jura first allowed Hidari to re-emerge from his Thorn Soul Bulb. Using the power of the God Tree, Hidari was able to return, and likely, stronger than ever before this time. At the same time, fans also saw a new Thorn Soul Bulb being produced from somewhere. This Thorn Soul Bulb then took the form of an individual, who fans were not able to see at the end of the chapter. That said, Jura was clearly seen talking to it, and at the end of the chapter, all the Shinju were contemplating what to name the new Shinju.

In Boruto: TBV chapter 14, fans will get to see who the new Shinju is, what role they are going to be playing, and what the story is going to be. Things cannot be more exciting in Boruto, and, hopefully, fans will see a lot of details coming to the surface in the upcoming few chapters.

The Candidates For The New Shinju In Boruto

The New Shinju Could Be Of Shinki From Sunagakure

When it comes to the new Shinju, fans don't know anything about them at all. This person could be just about anyone. It could be a strong Kage from a different village, or, a strong underling of a Kage as well. The possibilities are endless. However, then, one simply needs to look at the clues left behind by the author in the story, and Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13 certainly did leave one behind. Kashin Koji was observing the future in his flashback, and there, fans saw the emergence of a fifth Shinju. This Shinju was unique. The only thing it shared in common with the others was the Rinnegan, but, apart from that, the design was something that fans had never seen before.

The Shinju seemed one with very short hair, and at the same time, there were also line markings under his eyes. The person looked somewhat mature, which would suggest that it is an adult, and that this character is going to be very strong, given that Kashin Koji was specifically fixated on this Shinju. It also appears that Koji himself has some sort of a connection to this Shinju, given that this individual got a specific panel at the end of a page, which is certainly very intriguing. Fans don't know who this Shinju is just yet, but, this clue certainly does point to one exciting individual.

To put it simply, there are only two possibilities that fans can consider right now. The first possibility is that this Shinju is Shinki. Fans know that Shinki has the line markings under his eyes, and, at the same time, he is a strong individual as well. His Shinju would certainly be powerful, and combined with the power of the God Tree, he could essentially wreak havoc on the battlefield.

While this possibility is certainly very exciting, it is not as exciting as the Second possibility, which is the Shinju being of Naruto Uzumaki. Now, fans would wonder how Naruto would even be a Shinju. For one, he is sealed in the dimension of Daikokuten. Secondly, Jura was specifically looking for the Nine Tails and, as such, went to Konoha, which does not seem plausible at all.

However, this is a possibility nonetheless. All someone has to do to make a Shinju of Naruto Uzumaki is consume him and this could be made possible by one of the Claw Grimes entering the dimension of Daikokuten somehow. This might seem like a stretch to some fans, but when considering the fact that Jura himself seems to have a connection to Isshiki, and could thus have similar powers to him, such as Daikokuten, then, it becomes easy to understand how he could have sent Claw Grimes to multiple dimensions to gain more power. Then, for them to come across someone like Naruto would not have been hard, and essentially, it would give rise to a Shinju of Naruto Uzumaki.

Of course, there is also the possibility of Naruto's Shinju only existing in the future that cash in Koji saw. This individual who appears in the next chapter could be someone else entirely, and fans could get to see the future Shinju of Naruto at some point later down the line.

While the Shinju belonging to Shinki makes more sense at this point, Naruto having a Shinju would certainly elevate the plot more, and add more intensity and spice to the story. Naruto Uzumaki has always been the heartbeat of the series, and even if he does return as a villain, he's going to be far more exciting than any other character, and it would make for an incredibly exciting battle later down the line, where the likes of Boruto, or even Kawaki, could go on and fight him.
