Before her, Tsunade was considered to be the strongest ninja in the world, and along with her, Mei Terumi was up there as well. It is no surprise to know that two Kage are among the strongest in the world, and their performances against Madara in the Fourth Great Ninja War certainly showed that they were leagues above the rest.

Sarada has a lot of potential in Boruto. She has a second Mangekyo Sharingan ability that is yet to be revealed.
Sakura Haruno, Tsunade’s very own apprentice, eventually overshadowed her and became the strongest female character in the story. She even took part in the battle against Kaguya Otsutsuki, and landed a powerful blow on her, breaking even her horn. Since then, Sakura has grown even stronger, and by adulthood, fans know her to be the best medical ninja in the world, and at the same time, the strongest female ninja as well. Now, however, Kishimoto has revealed the new strongest female character in the Naruto universe, and it is none other than Sarada Uchiha.
How Sarada Uchiha Is Already The Strongest Ninja To Ever Live
Sarada's Mangekyo Sharingan Makes Her Overpowered
Sarada was already a very skilled ninja in the first part of Boruto. Fans saw her take on strong threats in battle, and she could even fight the likes of the Kara Inners. However, it was only recently that Sarada Uchiha was able to tap into her true powers. In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 21 Sarada unleashed the powers of her Mangekyo Sharingan, and it is safe to say that this power is absolutely incredible. Sarada essentially has powers similar to black holes. Her abilities allow her to create black spheres that possess tremendous gravitational pull. The pull is so strong that even the Iron Sand riddled on the bodies of the ninjas around her was sucked in easily using the Jutsu.

If that's not enough, then fans also need to keep in mind that Sarada Uchiha was able to stop Ryu from using his Claw Marks in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 21, and eventually, even crush him completely using the gravitational power. This ability essentially allowed Sarada Uchiha to defeat a Shinju by herself.
While her offensive powers are great, her defensive abilities are impressive as well. As seen in the chapter, Sarada Uchiha can essentially use these spheres to pull all the attacks directed at her to them. In a way, no attack can reach Sarada Uchiha while her sphere defense is active, and while she's doing this, she can already attack using the gravitational pull of the spheres and crush her enemies.
At this point, it goes without saying that Sarada Uchiha is strong enough to fight the likes of the Otsutsuki. She is already a monstrously powerful Kage-level ninja, and by far, the strongest Kunoichi in the history of the Naruto universe. What's scary is that her ceiling is even higher and she'll continue to grow in the future, especially since her second Mangekyo Sharingan ability is unknown at the moment.
