5 Pseudo Kekkei Genkai
Sasuke Uchiha has the power to use pseudo Kekkei Genkai. This has been confirmed previously in the series when Sasuke was seen using a version of Ice Release that he created himself, despite not being born with the ability to manipulate ice. Sasuke was seen making use of Water Release chakra and then cooling it down with Wind Release chakra at a rapid rate, giving rise to Ice Release.
The proficiency that he held in this skill was so great that Konohamaru completely mistook the Jutsu as actual Ice Release. While there is a difference between the pseudo version of this technique and the real one, Sasuke has certainly excelled in this skill and fans would absolutely love to see him make use of it after the timeskip. Furthermore, during the timeskip, Sasuke could potentially have learned more Pseudo Kekkei Genkai and this would certainly give him a great arsenal of weapons to use against stronger enemies.
4 New Mangekyo Sharingan Powers
Sasuke has mastered his Mangekyo Sharingan powers to the absolute fullest. He is, by far, the greatest user of this eye to have ever appeared in the franchise. However, right now, Sasuke is in desperate need of a power-up. This means that a new ability could potentially be created for him. This shouldn't be unheard of, given that Baryon Mode was created out of nowhere for Naruto to use in his fight with Isshiki.
Similarly, Sasuke could have his own version of this power created in Boruto after the timeskip. It must be remembered that Sasuke is still an active ninja and that he has to engage in combat against the likes of Code, among others. For him, learning powerful techniques that will help him keep up with these monsters is extremely important and his Mangekyo Sharingan powers could certainly be elevated to that end.
3 Susanoo Armor
The Susanoo is believed to be the ultimate technique of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Itachi referred to this humanoid made out of chakra as the trump card of the Mangekyo Sharingan. Among all the users of this power, Sasuke has held the strongest Susanoo. He created a very unique version of this power when he absorbed the chakra of the tailed beasts inside his body.
Over the years, his mastery of this power has likely grown even further. Perhaps, Sasuke can clad himself in the armor of the Susanoo to make himself stronger in hand-to-hand combat. This would be an incredible power for him and boost his level of strength, as well as his defensive capabilities against strong Otsutsuki-level enemies.
2 Lightning Release Chakra Mode
Fans have seen Lightning Release Chakra Mode previously in the series, with Lightning Ay being a great user of this power. The chakra mode is so powerful that even techniques such as the Rasenshuriken can't pierce it. Sasuke is quite easily a better user of Lightning Release than anyone in the story.
For him, using an elevated version of this technique that has never been seen before should certainly be possible. This would, once again, improve his defensive capabilities against stronger enemies, as well as give him a significant boost in terms of strength, and also speed. It would be even more ridiculous if he combined this power with his Susanoo; this would result in an ability capable of overpowering the vast majority of the enemies in Boruto.

Sasuke is a user of Six Paths Powers, and even though he has lost his Rinnegan, it should be possible for him to use these powers as there have been instances where Dojutsu users have tapped into the powers of their eyes even after losing them. For instance, Shisui was able to use his Susanoo even after losing one of his eyes to Danzo. At the same time, Madara could use the powers of his Rinnegan despite his eyes being elsewhere.
It remains to be seen if Sasuke can pull off something similar, however, even if he can't, perhaps, through some way, he can regain his eye in the future and then reach unprecedented levels as a ninja. Fans can only hope that Sasuke plays a bigger role in Boruto Part 2 as he is one of the most beloved characters. With Naruto out of commission for the moment, all hope is pinned on Sasuke and fans can only hope that Kishimoto delivers.
