Boruto recently entered the timeskip era earlier this year, and after taking a short hiatus, it returned with a sequel to its very own manga and with that, the timeskip has finally ended. The three-year timeskip of Boruto saw all its characters train their abilities to the very best.
Now, these characters have returned bigger and stronger than ever before with new powers up their sleeve. While the manga has only just begun and will most likely continue to demonstrate new powers as it continues, it has already showcased some characters utilizing new abilities. There are quite a lot of new power-ups that Boruto characters have already showcased and some of them are incredibly overpowered.
5 Mangekyo Sharingan

The Mangekyo Sharingan is an amazing ability that only a handful of members of the Uchiha Clan can awaken. Sarada, the daughter of Sasuke Uchiha and Sakura Haruno, was bound to get this power up at some point in the story. This happened right before the timeskip, however, it was quite clear that she did not realize that she had awakened this power, much like Kakashi, when he first tapped into it.
After the 3-year timeskip, she has matured quite a lot and most likely trained her abilities to the very fullest. It is highly likely that she has now got great control over her eyes and, when need be, she can tap into the powers of the Mangekyo Sharingan. This eye will give her a whole bunch of unique abilities that will bolster her already great strength and take her to the very top.
4 Isshiki's Eye

Isshiki Otsutsuki possessed some incredible powers up his sleeve that made him the strongest character in the series prior to his death. He was ultimately taken down by Naruto Uzumaki, however, his powers manifested in Kawaki after he utilized the Karma once again. At the time, he had little control over this power as it had not fully manifested itself.

This was evident from only a few spokes appearing in his eye. After the timeskip, all eight spokes of the wheel can be seen in his eye, meaning his power has now fully matured. He can utilize every power that Isshiki could use with grade efficiency and this has only boosted his strength even further. It goes without saying that he is among the strongest characters in Boruto at the moment.
3 Perfect Sage Transformation

Sage Transformation is an ability that only a handful of people can utilize, specifically those with the Kekkei Genkai of Jugo's Clan. Since Mitsuki was created to be the perfect human by Orochimaru, it shouldn't come as a surprise to any fan that he has the ability of perfect Sage Transformation up his sleeve.
While this transformation has been teased in the one-shot quite a few times, Mitsuki has not relied on it in the Boruto manga just yet. After the timeskip, it is likely that he has grown tremendously stronger and also mastered this ability to the very best. Fans should expect him to jump into action very soon since Konoha is under attack and, with that comes the opportunity to use his newly acquired sage powers.

Kenjutsu

Boruto Uzumaki spent 3 years with Sasuke Uchiha and trained tremendously hard. He acquired new techniques as well as boosted his already great physical strength even further. He also acquired new arts, such as the ability to wield a blade. Kenjutsu is a rare art in the current world of Boruto, however, it appears that the protagonist of the series has now picked up this skill from Sasuke Uchiha.
After his return to Konoha, he was seen engaging the many Grimes in combat and, much to the surprise of the fans, he was able to chop them down quite easily. Boruto has mastered Kenjutsu to a great degree and he can most likely boost this skill of his even further by using nature transformation on top.
1 Rasengan Uzuhiko

One of the strongest power-ups that have already been demonstrated in Boruto at the moment is Rasengan Uzuhiko. Much of what this technique has to offer remains to be a mystery at this point, however, fans know that this is a very strong ability that Boruto believes to be strong enough to defeat Code. This power was manifested by him during their fight and, when it was activated, swirls of wind were seen forming around his body.
It is believed that Boruto turns himself into a version of the Rasengan, boosting his abilities even further when doing so. This would make him tremendously powerful and see to it that he reaches his full potential as a fighter. If this technique is strong enough to kill Code, then, without a doubt, it is going to be one of the greatest power-ups in the history of the Naruto franchise.
