Of course, fans are not entirely happy with how Naruto has been treated in the Boruto series, and most of them want him back just so justice is done to the character and, at the same time, he gets the treatment that he deserves.

So far, Naruto has been disrespected quite heavily in the Boruto series, and his legacy has been called into question by many. However, the authors of Boruto don't seem to have any plans to stop tampering with his legacy anytime soon. Recently, the idea of Naruto having a Shinju came up in the Boruto series, and while it is certainly a far-off idea, it could end up being true.

Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13 was absolutely sensational, and much of that was down to the character of Kashin Koji, who fans know to be a former member of the Kara. Koji was created by Amado to take down Isshiki and was modeled after none other than Jiraiya, a member of the Legendary Sannin who died in the Naruto series. Koji is yet to show his true value in the Boruto series and now, the author is showing his true worth to the fans, bit by bit., Koji is going to be extremely important in Two Blue Vortex, and he has already set things into motion that cannot be undone.
For instance, Koji was recently revealed to have the power of Prescience, which is a Shinjutsu. This ability also belonged to Shibai Otsutsuki, and, just like the vast majority of Kara, he was given a piece of his DNA as well. This led to the awakening of the Prescience ability in Koji moments before his potential death, and that is precisely what forced him to live. Koji saw the grim fate the world was going to face and decided that he wanted to live after all. That is precisely why he escaped from Isshiki's grasp, and then he spent the remaining time studying the planet and trying to save it.

Koji revealed in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13 that the power of Prescience is quite special. It allows him to see into the future for an extended period of time. This means that Koji can see years into the future and can visualize the outcome of many different circumstances . Koji saw the destruction of the planet, but, as he put it himself, the future is not linear. Every single action that an individual takes affects the future that is built from it. Essentially, Koji saw multiple timelines using his future-seeing powers, and in one of them, Naruto Uzumaki died. As Koji put himself, one of the possibilities they avoided was Isshiki killing Naruto despite having Baryon Mode.
This allowed him to take over Kawaki's body, and then, go on to consume a chakra fruit, destroy the planet, and grow even stronger. Similarly, there was another possibility that showed a new Shinju to the fans, and while many believe it to be someone else entirely, there's a possibility that it could be Naruto.
Who Is The Mysterious Shinju In Boruto?
A New Shinju Has Emerged In Boruto’s Current Arc
In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13, fans got to see a Shinju being introduced in one of Koji's visions. Clearly, this Shinju was not born at the same time as Koji had seen, and much of that was down to the fact that the future kept changing, and its birth never really happened at the designated time. When Koji saw this future, this Shinju appeared with the other ones, which meant that instead of just four, they were actually supposed to be five. Upon looking closely at this Shinju, it looks starkly similar to Naruto Uzumaki. There are many individuals who believe this is Shinki. However, Shinki is too inconsequential of a character to actually be involved in the plot and have any role to play.
The face markings on this Shinju are clearly similar to those of Naruto in his Sage of Six Paths Sage Mode. This implies that the Shinju actually belongs to Naruto, and that, in one of these futures that Koji avoided, Naruto was consumed by the God Tree as well.
Now then, what name shall we give you? – Jura
As to how that was possible, the answer could be very simple. Due to the future changing constantly, Naruto could essentially have dealt with Isshiki and survived in some way. Then, Code would have made his move and split the Ten Tails into Claw Grimes. They would then have somehow bitten Naruto, who would have turned into a Shinju.

A Shinju of Naruto Uzumaki would be incredibly difficult for anyone to take down. Fans know Naruto to be an extremely powerful Uzumaki with a limitless pool of chakra. If that wasn't enough, he was also a perfect version of this Jinchuriki and had the power of the Six Paths as well. And that, when combined with the ability of Rinnegan, would've made a Shinju of Naruto Uzumaki unstoppable. Whether or not this Shinju will appear at some point later down the line remains unknown, but fans know that, at the very least, the possibility does exist.
Could Naruto Have His Own Shinju?
Naruto's Shinju Could Appear As A Major Villain In Boruto
In Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 13, fans saw the emergence of a new Shinju. This Thorn Soul Bulb was produced by the God Tree in the chapter, and someone emerged from it. Fans did not get to see the face of this individual, nor a silhouette. They also did not get to hear his name. However, there are many ideas floating around as to who this Shinju could be. The best guess that any fan could have is that this Shinju is the same one that was shown in the vision of Kashin Koji. That implies that this Shinju could belong to Naruto Uzumaki. Now, this would be very intriguing, as fans know that Naruto Uzumaki is locked away in the dimension of Daikokuten.
Unless someone manages to get inside that dimension where time doesn't flow and bite Naruto Uzumaki, turning him into a God Tree, this should not be possible. However, there is actually a possibility that allows this Shinju to be that of Naruto. Fans know for a fact that Jura is quite a mysterious individual whose origins are not known. There are many guesses as to who Jura's parent body is. Fans know that all the abilities between the parent body and their Shinju are shared. If, somehow, then, Jura had access to Daikokuten, then he could've sent the Grimes to explore the dimensions, and this would have turned Naruto into a God Tree. Meanwhile, the tree would have given birth to a Shinju of his own.
Of course, having Naruto's Shinju in the story would create some interesting drams, given that it would be a struggle for both Boruto and Kawaki to face off against him, and fans would, at the very least, get to see a copy of the Hokage being relevant in the story.
