Naruto Uzumaki is one of the main characters in the Boruto series, and while he isn't around at the moment, fans are eagerly waiting for his return, which is sure to propel the series to a whole new level. It is quite clear that Naruto Uzumaki has suffered a lot in the Boruto series.

After all, he's lost his biggest powers, and even when he did have them, he was significantly nerfed because the author wanted the next generation to shine. This flawed approach led to Boruto being hated by many fans, but in Two Blue Vortex, the story has actually been doing many things right. As such, fans have high hopes for Naruto Uzumaki to shine upon return, and if they don't nerf him again, his next power should already be clear.

Naruto Uzumaki Lost Kurama After Fighting Isshiki Otsutsuki

  • Naruto Used Baryon Mode
  • Kurama's Chakra Burned Out

Naruto Uzumaki, despite being nerfed, was extremely impressive in the Boruto series and this was quite clear for all the fans to see. He fought Momoshiki impressively, and even against Isshiki, he used Baryon Mode and actually overwhelmed him. Unfortunately, this usage of Baryon Mode caused Kurama's chakra to burn out, which basically meant that Naruto Uzumaki was left without his Tailed Beast. After that, all he had left was Sage Mode, and that was certainly not enough for him to keep up with future enemies.

Don't leave me, Kurama! — Naruto Uzumaki

Naruto's weakness ended up being part of the reason why Kawaki decided to seal him away, since he wanted his father to always be safe.

Eventually, Naruto has to return, and when that happens, fans won't take lightly seeing him on the sidelines. Naruto Uzumaki has to play a big role in the story, no matter what.

Naruto Still Has Connections To 8 Tailed Beasts

Naruto's Chakra Of The Tailed Beasts Still Exists

Fans know very well that Naruto Uzumaki lost Kurama during the fight against Isshiki. However, his chakra of the other nine Tailed Beast still exists. Each Tailed Beast gave Naruto a portion of their chakra during the Fourth Great Ninja War. While some might think it ran out, that's not true. Naruto still had access to Son Goku's Lava Release during the fight against Delta. By all means, these powers should still be within Naruto, and even if he needs to re-establish the link to the other Tailed Beasts, that should be doable. Naruto's next biggest power in Boruto is, undoubtedly, going to be the 8 Tailed Beast chakra.

Naruto Is Still A Monster

With the power of the 8 Tailed Beasts and Sage Mode on top, it goes without saying that Naruto Uzumaki is still going to be a monster in Boruto. The only thing fans have to pray for is the authors not nerfing him again, because if they do, then Naruto's whole legacy will be destroyed, and fans won't like that.
