Each Tailed Beast gave Naruto a portion of their chakra during the Fourth Great Ninja War. While some might think it ran out, that's not true. Naruto still had access to Son Goku's Lava Release during the fight against Delta. By all means, these powers should still be within Naruto, and even if he needs to re-establish the link to the other Tailed Beasts, that should be doable. Naruto's next biggest power in Boruto is, undoubtedly, going to be the 8 Tailed Beast chakra.

The only thing fans have to pray for is the authors not nerfing him again, because if they do, then Naruto's whole legacy will be destroyed, and fans won't like that.
