This article contains spoilers from the Boruto series.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has given the fans a lot of exciting content over the years, and most importantly, it's given the fans enthralling battles that have kept them on the edge of their seats. With the fate of the shinobi world hanging in balance right now, largely due to the Shinju, the world needs powerful ninjas more than ever before. That's precisely why every major ninja is growing in their own way in Boruto. Of course, some have to stand out on top and be the most powerful ninja on earth.
At one point, Naruto Uzumaki was widely considered to be the strongest. In fact, Naruto is still the strongest of all time. But, he isn't available right now, and he's lost a significant portion of his powers. The Boruto series has finally revealed the new strongest ninja in the world, and it's none other than Boruto Uzumaki, Naruto's very own son and the protagonist of the series. Boruto has trained immensely hard over the years, and he continues to gain new powers with each passing arc, making him the best-suited shinobi to save the world.
Boruto Uzumaki Is The New Strongest Ninja In The World
- Boruto was trained by Sasuke Uchiha
- He also trained with Kashin Koji
Boruto Uzumaki was always destined to be the savior of the world, and fans know that very well. From a young age, he had a unique disposition to the Otsutsuki power, and he also went on to inherit the Karma of Momoshiki Otsutsuki. But, that aside, Boruto Uzumaki was trained by Sasuke Uchiha himself. After the two left the village following Omnipotence, Sasuke taught him all the techniques that he knew in about one year. Of course, these were still only the basics, but fans know that Boruto will only elaborate upon these powers and grow even stronger.
The age of Shinobi is over. Was there no other way, Kawaki? — Boruto Uzumaki to Kawaki, Chapter 1
Following Sasuke's transformation into a tree, Kashin Koji went on to train Boruto. This time, Boruto essentially cheated by seeing multiple futures and taking the best abilities that he would go on to learn from there. As such, the Boruto that fans see right now is a mixture of different versions of him from multiple timelines, which further goes to show why he's the strongest ninja.
Boruto Represents The Soul Of The Shinobi
Of course, Boruto being the strongest isn't just because he is the main character. The fact is that Boruto thematically fits this role as well. Boruto Uzumaki is the soul of the shinobi. He might not have understood what it means to be a Shinobi at one point, but now, he's the one who epitomizes the true role of a shinobi.
No matter which era it is, the soul of shinobi remains the same. — Sasuke Uchiha to Naruto Uzumaki
While the likes of Kawaki throw others under the bus and live an easy life, Boruto gets in the mud, takes all the blame, and saves the village and his loved ones from the shadows. He's truly a phenomenal hero who embodies the soul of shinobi better than anyone else and for that reason, he deserves to be the strongest ninja there is.
Boruto Will Eventually Surpass Naruto And Sasuke
Right now, Boruto Uzumaki has already surpassed the nerfed versions of both Naruto and Sasuke. This should not come as a surprise to any fan, given how weak the two legends were made in the Boruto series. However, eventually, Boruto will also go on to surpass them in their primes.
Boruto is already growing at a blazing pace and this will most likely continue over the course of the next few years as well. By the time Boruto matures and learns the power of Karma fully, he will have become an Otsutsuki-level individual whose powers will be beyond those of Naruto and Sasuke.
Boruto wields tremendous potential, both in terms of character writing and strength. Of course, he is a hated character and that will likely not change. Regardless, it remains a fact that he is the last hope of the shinobi kind right now, and that he is the one who will save the world from utter destruction in the end, following in the footsteps of his mentor and his father.
