This article contains spoilers from the Boruto: Two Blue Vortex manga.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex is finally giving Sarada Uchiha the long-overdue attention she deserves in a very good way. Not only did Sarada receive a major power-up by unlocking the Mangekyo Sharingan: Ohirume, but she also came to terms with her feelings for Boruto Uzumaki. On top of that, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 25 also revealed the real reason Sarada likes Boruto.
Sarada has always been linked to Boruto from day one. Fans love to ship them together, agreeing to call their ship “BoruSara,” hoping Ikemoto and Kishimoto would make them canon in the end. Now, with the developments that are happening in Sarada’s love life, there’s a renewed hope that Sarada will one day end up with Boruto, bridging the two most powerful bloodlines in the process.

Sarada Is In Love With Boruto in Two Blue Vortex
Sarada Admits Her Feelings for Boruto Are Indeed Romantic
- Sarada has romantic feelings for Boruto.
- Sarada is ready to fight for her feelings for Boruto.
Sarada Uchiha has fallen head over heels in love with Boruto Uzumaki, and she’s ready to give her all in the race to his heart. Recent chapters confirmed that Sarada has romantic feelings for Boruto, and she has been denying and rejecting these feelings all this time. After all, her confusing feelings made her feel like a loser for spending so much time and energy obsessing about Boruto.
I already knew..long ago…how you felt, Sarada. It was totally obvious. —Sumire to Sarada
However, it’s not a surprise that Sarada fell in love with Boruto at all. In fact, it was inevitable to happen, considering the amount of time they spend together on life-or-death missions. Understandably, it took her quite some time to process her feelings, as girls normally go through a phase where they deny their feelings as much as possible. Still, Sarada deserves credit for being brave and taking responsibility for her feelings for Boruto.
Now, Sarada competes with Sumire, the same girl who opened her eyes and heart to the truth of it all. Without Sumire, Sarada would have been running away still, afraid to face the feelings that had been bothering her. It’s unclear when Sarada fell in love with Boruto, but after all the moments they shared and the unfortunate events that messed up Boruto’s life, her feelings became impossible to ignore.
Sarada Likes Boruto Because He’s Dense
Sarada Finds Dense Boruto Endearing
- Sarada and Sumire believe Boruto is unaware of their romantic feelings.
- Sarada and Sumire finally understand each other.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 25 just dropped, and it was a pretty interesting read, far different from the usual chapters with high-stakes action and suspense. While many fans complained about the manga’s strange focus on Sarada and Sumire’s conversation about Boruto, others were delighted to see the two discuss their feelings like normal girls with ordinary lives.
Sarada and Sumire’s love talk was personal and relatable, so much so that Eida wanted to be involved. It was different from their last conversation, with Sumire walking out on Sarada just because she wasn’t ready to face her feelings. But right now, Sarada is finally able to face Sumire and tell her about her feelings for Boruto. She has finally come to terms with her feelings, and she likes Boruto, probably more than Sumire.
I also like Boruto. —Sarada Uchiha to Sumire
After their girl talk, Sumire told Sarada it’s likely that Boruto was unaware of their feelings about him. In other words, Sumire believes that Boruto is still clueless about their love and concern for her, to which Sarada agrees. However, this part of Boruto was what Sarada found endearing the most. Boruto is incredibly dense, and that’s what Sarada truly likes about him.
Sarada Might Confess to Boruto Eventually
Sarada Will Not Hold Back Anymore
Now that Sarada is determined to win Boruto’s heart, the next important step she should probably take to advance in the race is to confess. She deserves to have a special moment with Boruto, where she tells him about her feelings in the most awkward but sweetest way, unless Boruto takes the lead and confesses to her or Sumire gets ahead of the game.
Unfortunately, this confession might not happen anytime soon, especially now that Boruto is in a bind. Sarada is not that selfish to prioritize her feelings over the urgent matters that Boruto has to deal with at the moment. Her sense of responsibility to her friends, allies, and village should come first for now, even when her heart is pulling her in another direction. Fans will have to wait for more chapters, and hopefully, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex won’t disappoint with a lack of payoff after all the buildup.
