Boruto has learned powerful Jutsu under the tutelage of Sasuke and Kashin Koji. He has become an exceptional shinobi that Naruto and Minato would certainly be proud of. While the full extent of his powers isn't known just yet, fans have already seen enough from him to be impressed.
5 Toad Summons
Boruto Can Utilize Small Toads
Boruto Uzumaki appears to be capable of summoning toads now. This means that he has been to Mount Myoboku and signed a contract with the toads. Previously, Boruto did not have any summon, at least in the manga. In the anime, Boruto was given a snake summon, called Garaga. Now, in the anime, Boruto appears to have frog summons that he can control, as fans have seen in chapter 3 of Boruto: TBV.
His toad summons are very dangerous and sneaky, as was seen in his fight against Code. They snuck up on him and placed Boruto's Flying Raijin mark on this particular individual. He could have stronger summons as well and even though he hasn't made use of them just yet, it is only a matter of time before he does.
4 Lightning Release Jutsu

Fans already know that Boruto is very skilled in nature transformations. This is especially true for Wind and Lightning Release. Boruto has created various Lightning Release jutsu over the years and one of his strongest is Thunderclap Arrow. After the timeskip, however, Boruto appears to have learned a new powerful Lightning Release jutsu. This particular Jutsu is very similar to Chidori Stream, which Sasuke utilizes in combat as well.
In fact, even the hand seals for the Jutsu are similar to Chidori. He used this Jutsu when he was fighting against Bug, one of the new villains in the series. Using the Chidori hand signs, he enveloped himself in a strong current, which shocked Bug to his very core. However, this hutsu proves to be inefficient too, given that Bug is one of the new villains in the series and likely one of the strongest at this point.
3 Natural Energy
Boruto Can Make Use Of The Planet’s Energy
Naruto appears to be a user of natural energy as well. While this isn't technically a jutsu, it is energy that can be utilized in many ways. Fans saw this for the very first time during his fight against Code. Boruto mentioned that he can utilize natural energy. While it is unknown if Boruto has access to Sage Mode right now or not, fans do know for a fact that he can access or at the very least, feel natural energy and inflict it upon others.

This opens the door for quite a lot of powerful techniques for Boruto to utilize, such as senjutsu-influenced Rasengan and possibly even Sage Mode itself. For now, fans do not know much about whether Boruto has access to this technique or not, however, the groundwork for it is certainly there.
2 Flying Thunder God

One of the most interesting Jutsu that Boruto has learned over the years is the Flying Raijin Jutsu. This technique was created by Tobirama and perfected and mastered by Minato. This was Minato’s very own trademark and Boruto has now learned it as well.
This technique allows Boruto to use his seal on his targets or any other inanimate or animate object. He can then teleport to this particular seal instantly, bypassing space and time itself. This Jutsu is incredibly dangerous and fans already know that, having seen Minato fight extensively using this power. Boruto Uzumaki isn't as good a user of this power as Minato, however, with time, he will certainly grow more.
1 Rasengan Uzuhiko
Boruto Can Cause Semi-Permanent Damage To Enemies
Undoubtedly, the strongest Jutsu that Boruto has right now is Rasengan Uzuhiko. This jutsu sides Boruto utilize natural energy in some ways. Essentially, instead of creating a Rasengan in the palm of his hands, Boruto envelopes himself in the rotational chakra. The chakra stems from the planet itself and is believed to be quite potent.
When Boruto makes contact with his enemies, he can transfer this planetary rotation to his enemies and, as a result of that, the enemies are disoriented and weakened tremendously. They can also be damaged by the Rasengan just as a regular one does. The damage done is semi-permanent. Essentially, this damage will only end when the planet stops spinning since it is directly tied to the planet, being sourced from its own energy. Or, Boruto himself has to cancel Uzuhiko in order for his enemies to survive. Undoubtedly, this is an incredibly dangerous jutsu that hardly anyone in the Boruto world can survive.
