When a boss fight is so good in Borderlands 4, you can't help but want to do it all over again. Equipped with new skills and weapons, replaying a boss fight will prove that you're a Vault Hunter who just won't quit, especially when there's legendary loot on the line. Having a re-do on a boss fight in Borderlands 4 is essential for players looking to farm some shiny new weapons with unique characteristics, and below, players will find exactly how to do it and why they should.

How to Replay Boss Fights in Borderlands 4

What Do Moxxi's Big Encore Do in Borderlands 4?

Once players have beaten a boss in Borderlands 4, they can head back to any boss arena to find Moxxi's Big Encore station. If players interact with this station, they will pay Cash to replay the boss fight, which respawns the boss in the arena and allows players to beat them once more. Moxxi's Big Encore allows players to replay boss fights infinitely, without the need to exit and re-enter the game like previous entries in the series. Players can now replay boss fights in exchange for in-game Cash, and this can be done with any boss from the main story, contract, or side mission, so you can always grind for exclusive quest loot. Once activated, players can fight the boss in the hopes that they drop amazing loot, but even if they don't, simply activate Moxxi's Big Encore again and keep fighting the boss to farm them.

Moxxi's Big Encore is the most effective way to farm legendary gear in Borderlands 4, as players can get both XP and loot from defeating familiar bosses that they've encountered before, albeit without the power that they now possess. It's also worth noting that each week (during the endgame), there will be a Weekly Big Encore Boss that players can fight on repeat with Cash and Eridium, which will be a more powerful variant of a boss, but with extra loot drops and better chances for legendary gear.
