Hints For Solving The Mora Jai Box Puzzle In Blue Prince

The puzzle box in the Master Bedroom, also known as the Mora Jai box, differs from the other puzzle boxes found in places like the Trading Post and the Solarium in a few different ways.

It is likely a prototype box, and it even comes with an instruction manual that tells you the mechanics behind the puzzle boxes. Additionally, it has a one-color, two-tone design that uses white and gray instead of the bright colors in other puzzle boxes. If you’re having trouble solving it, here are some hints from around the room that should help:

You can reset the puzzle if you press a corner button while the corner box is gray.
To solve the box, you need to press all the corner buttons after each corner tile is turned white.
Clicking a white tile changes the color of each tile that touches its border. Diagonal tiles are not affected, and clicking gray tiles doesn’t do anything.
Try getting all the corner tiles gray to solve the puzzle.

How To Solve The Mora Jai Box Puzzle In The Master Bedroom

The Mora Jai puzzle box is one of the simpler puzzle boxes in Blue Prince, though it can be difficult to solve for the uninitiated. The box in the Master Bedroom is a 3x3 tiled box with the following coloration:

White	Gray	White
White	Gray	Gray
Gray	Gray	White

There are many ways to solve it, but here’s one method that will achieve your goal:

Press the first tile in the first row and the first tile in the third row.
Then, click the third tile in the third row. All the tiles of your puzzle box should be gray except for the third tile in the second row.
Click that tile, then click the second tile in the second row.
Finally, press the first tile in the second row, giving you all white tiles except for the one you just clicked.
Press the buttons on the corners of the box to solve the puzzle and get your reward.

After you finish the puzzle box, it will open up and reveal an allowance token, which will grant the player an additional 2 gold coins at the start of each day. You can earn more allowance tokens by solving different puzzles in the house, exploring the Cloister, opening deposit boxes, and doing experiments.
