Employee Room is a mysterious place right at the exit from the amusement park, which is locked with a digital code and will definitely pique your interest sooner or later. If you haven't found it yet, or have forgotten where it is, then go back to the entry to the park.

To do so, simply approach the NPC and stand at the fire in front of it. If done correctly, you'll die, respawn outside the park, and receive the currency.
