The Sconce is a lamp that can be found in Shattered Veil, and it's not possible to complete the Shattered Veil main easter egg without it, so without further ado, look below to find out how to get the Sconce location, and just how to use it.
How to Get the Sconce in Shattered Veil
The Sconce can be found in the Banquet Hall within a cardboard box before entering the elevator. The Sconce will not change spawns and will always be found within this cardboard box, and will spawn in from the moment players load into Shattered Veil, so all players need to do is rush to the Banquet Hall where the elevator is located for Pack-a-Punch, and interact with the cardboard box shown above to grab the Sconce. The Banquet Hall is located just opposite the Double Tap Root Beer perk machine, which is a few rooms after the Grand Foyer where the dinosaur skeleton is located.
How to Use the Sconce in Shattered Veil
With the Sconce now acquired, players will need to return to the Grand Foyer area, where, at the West wall just by Jugger-Nog, they can interact with a hole in a wooden pillar to place the Sconce. Once the Sconce has been placed, there will now be two Sconces, with one flashing. Players need to interact with the flashing Sconce, and then watch for which Sconce flashes next in a sequence. The sequence is random, but it's only between two flashing items, so it won't be a difficult puzzle to complete. Once the Sconce has been interacted with in the correct sequence three times, a secret door between the Sconces will open up and reveal the secret Distillery room, which can be used for one of the rituals once players obtain the Ray Gun Mark 2-W.
