The third chapter of Black Myth: Wukong sees players enter the Pagoda Realm, a mysterious place from which escape looks nearly impossible. As the Destined One leaves his cell and starts looking around, he will notice certain doors that cannot be opened.

These doors have a distinct purple seal preventing them from being opened. If Black Myth: Wukong players look closely, they will see that beyond these purple seal doors are chests, NPCs, and other rewards. Initially, it might seem impossible to open them, but there is a way to get the job done.

How To Open The Purple Seal Doors In The Pagoda Realm In Black Myth: Wukong

Leave the cell, go straight, and fight the enemies that stand in your way. Players can avoid engaging enemies if they use Cloud Step to distract them. Stay on the edge and don't go inside any of the open doors until you reach the Lower Pagoda Keeper's Shrine. From here, go left and make a sharp right. Keep going straight until you see a dead-end. Instead of going back, head outside using the open door. Move ahead and stop at the lantern with the halfway open gate.

Go in and climb up the stairs. Once you reach the top, go right and beat any enemies that may trouble you. Eventually, you will see a wooden beam which you must cross. Since there is an archer here, use Cloud Step to move past undetected. From there take a right, then a left, and keep walking on till you see an enemy near a slope.

Run up the slope and go past another enemy to reach the Upper Pagoda Keeper's Shrine. Activate the shrine and save your progress.

Next, go back inside and look down to the right where there are lots of stone figurines. From here, carefully jump down to trigger a fight with Captain Lotus-Vision, a Yaoguai chief. So, it won't cause too many problems, but it is better to be prepared.

Captain Lotus-Vision specializes in long-range attacks, so it is better to get close to it. Players can use various spells to make the fight easier. When he launches projectiles, use the staff spin to block them. Be careful of the laser beams, as they deal a lot of damage and cannot be blocked by the staff. With enough upgrades, players should beat Captain Lotus-Vision in next to no time. After defeating Lotus-Vision, take its spirit. Doing this will remove all the purple seals from the doors in the Pagoda Realm. So, players can open all of them without any more delays, including the one that holds a prisoner.

The Prisoner can be found on the lowest level. Talking to him triggers a side quest.
