Black Myth: Wukong is an action RPG game based on Chinese Mythology and follows the story of a Monkey who is considered the Destined One. The game is filled with many challenging bosses; however, whenever the players are not fighting bosses or crafting armor, they can find different kinds of Pills in every chapter. These Pills increase stats like Heath, Mana, and Stamina, making fighting more manageable.

This guide includes details on the locations of all the Pills in Black Wind Mountain in Black Myth: Wukong.

If players finish the chapter, they can still fast travel back to the areas they visited via a Shrine and collect the Pills if they missed them on their initial run.
