A Stunning FPS To Play With Friends

As mentioned earlier, the Warhammer 40K franchise is mostly known for offering players turn-based strategy games that force them to play their cards right in order to achieve victory. That said, there are a few titles in this universe's history that take a different path. Warhammer 40K: Darktide goes for an FPS approach that's packed with action and fast-paced combat. There's a large variety of different enemies and weapons that will keep players entertained for long periods. The best part is that it can be played with up to four players.

Focusing on a squad of Inquisitorial Agents investigating an uprising in Tertium, on the planet Atoma Prime, the game will initially have players exploring a ship and rescuing a mysterious character who will play a significant role down the line. The main character's ultimate goal is to thwart Chaos' plans and emerge victorious from the arduous fight against their evil power.

Warhammer 40K: Dawn of War 2 does not only offer players lots of fun, but also sets the stage for the events that happen in Dawn of War 2: Retribution. The co-op mode doesn't change much from the single player mode, except for the fact that two players control the squads in battle, instead of just one. Given that the campaign is already fun and well-developed, it makes sense that no big changes were made to alter the multiplayer approaches.
