Where To Purchase Simple Cord In Bellwright

If you aren't in the mood to set up at your camp to make your own Simple Cord just yet, there are a few spots where you can purchase Simple Cord in the crafting and survival game.

For the easiest location early on in the game, head south from the town of Haerndean. There should be a Bandit Encampment nearby, and you will want to head west from there until you find a Craftsman Hut. You can find them from the map image shown above. Approach the hut during the day, and you can purchase 9 pieces of Simple Cord from them for 22 Coins.

How To Make Simple Cord In Bellwright

If you want to move on to making your own Simple Cord, you will need to start by building a Weaving Loom next to your new Personal Shack. This structure will become available after you've unlocked the Foraging Camp, which you can find on the Tech Tree in the main menu. To build a Weaving Loom, you will need:

10x Wood
13x River Weed
8x Crude Stone

You can find all the required materials by foraging around you. They are common resources, so you should have no problem finding some on the ground.

River Weed specifically can be found near any body of water.

Approach the Weaving Loom, and open it up to find all the recipes at the bottom. You can click on Simple Cord, which will require 3x Flax to make.

Again, Flax is a very common resource that is especially abundant near to Haerndean. All you need to do is look out for the bright purple flowers on the ground, and you'll have found yourself some Flax. When you create the Simple Cord in your Weaving Loom, it should only take 15 seconds, making it a quick and easy recipe to craft.
