10 House Full Of Charms
Luka’s house is a cozy settlement for the furry creature. People can explore Luka’s house to find plenty of objects that reveal new details about Luka’s life. Players can get their hands on at least 3 charms within the house.
People can relax on the warm chair in front of the fireplace to get the Ponder charm. Interact with the closet upstairs to get the Hide charm. Open the dressing table next to Luka’s bed upstairs to collect the Chill charm. You can also pick up a warm sweater for Luka inside the dressing table.
9 Tell Gran Before Heading Out With Rolo
Rolo is among the first few characters Luka can meet in Beacon Pines. He is a friend with whom Luka can walk around the town. The first quest of the game requires you to interact with Gran in the house.
Gran can be found in the backyard of the house. She is tending to her garden and can be engaged to complete your first quest. Talk to Gran and tell her what you intend to do with Rolo to start your next adventure. Players can use either Ponder, Chill, or Hide charm during this interaction.
8 Use The Chronicle To Change Events

Using a charm in the Chronicle will unlock new Turning Points that create branches in the book. 7 Tie The Right Bait While Fishing
There are several fun activities that Luka can indulge in while exploring his hometown. Luka can access a small pond that is north of the Perennial Harvest building. The “Old Pickler’s Pond” has an empty chair left behind by Luka’s father waiting to be interacted with.
Luka can interact with the empty chair to enter the past where the father and son would eat sandwiches and fish till the sun went down. Open the tackle box near the chair to attach a bait to the fishing rod. Fans can either use the Tickle or Junk charm to attach a bait. The Junk charm will tie a shoestring while the Tickle charm will attach a feather. Use the Tickle charm to recover a rubber duck that was lost during Luka’s childhood.
6 Collect The Pull Charm From The Satellite Dish
The Pull charm can be used in various sentences in the book. Luka can head north of the “Old Pickler’s Pond” to find Rolo’s tree house. It is riddled with innovative gadgets that Rolo hopes to find aliens with.
Luka can talk to Rolo to get a sense of the scientific experiments that he’s been working on. Head to the balcony of the tree house after talking to Rolo. Luka can interact with the Satellite Dish on the left of the balcony to collect the Pull charm.
5 Replay Parts Of The Game After Getting New Charms
The various quests and activities within Beacon Pines offer countless outcomes to Luka’s actions. Luka can try his hand at the older activities from early on in the game after unlocking new charms. For instance, Luka can go fishing at the “Old Pickler’s Pond” after collecting the Pull charm from the Satellite Dish.
Luka can open the tackle box and attach a small magnet to the fishing rod as bait with the Pull charm. Reel in the line from the fishing rod fast to receive a key for a lock.
4 Save Rolo From Roxy’s Wrath
Players can interact with Roxy outside the Beacon Beacon building near the Town Hall. Roxy is Rolo’s Sister and watches over him. She overhears Rolo talking to Luka about her and telling Luka that she might be lurking around.
Rolo tries to avoid being spotted by Roxy when he is caught by his sister. Roxy is angry about Rolo missing out on breakfast from earlier that day. Luka can cut into the conversation to open the book. Use the Chill charm to talk your way out of the situation and save Rolo from Roxy’s wrath.
3 Be Careful Around The Valentine Warehouse
The Valentine Warehouse is a spooky building that can be found towards the right of the Nuncreed’s Drugstore. The Valentine Warehouse is guarded by an electric fence. Don’t walk straight into the fence. People who arrive at the Valentine Warehouse with Rolo will see that Rolo gets electrocuted by the fence.
Players can gather the objects found around the entrance of the Valentine Warehouse and throw them at the electric fence to disable the electric field. Talk to Rolo after entering the Valentine Warehouse’s compound to receive the Rumble charm.
2 Get Closer To The Valentine Family
The town of Beacon Pines has a handful of places fans can visit. The Valentine family has a strong presence in the town. The city is built on the foundations that the Valentine family set years ago. Luka can interact with different members of the Valentine family and the people associated with them.
Luka can collect a few easy charms by exploring the places that are set up by the Valentine family. Players can find the Indulgent charm near the Sharper Valentine statue near Town Hall. People can also find the Cling charm by talking to the person standing outside the History Museum in Beacon Pines.
1 Live It Up At The Library
Luka can visit a vast number of places in the town to complete his quests. The Library is an important destination in Beacon Pines. Luka can find the Library to the left of the Nuncreed’s Drugstore. Luka might have to look for Rolo in the Library as a quest during the game.
Luka can find various books in the Library to help him unwind. He can also collect the Succulent charm from one of the shelves in the Library. Luka can talk to Kado at the counter inside the Library to collect the Fight charm.
