Battlefield RedSec has arrived and is already proving to be a strong contender in the free-to-play Battle Royale space, taking players on a wild ride. Those dropping in can expect classic Battle Royale gameplay mixed with the signature Battlefield experience, complete with tanks, helicopters, and large-scale destruction.
Battlefield RedSec is highly competitive, with every player fighting to be the last one standing. Naturally, players will find themselves getting eliminated early on or losing a squadmate mid-match. In moments like these, knowing how to bring your teammates back into the fight is key. For those unsure how to do it, here’s how to redeploy teammates in Battlefield RedSec.

How Do Redeploys Work in Battlefield RedSec?
Battlefield RedSec borrows several elements from past Battle Royale titles, allowing players to bring back their downed squadmates. However, it features one major twist. At the start of every match, all players are given a free redeploy, a built-in second chance that automatically activates after elimination following a short timer.
Once the timer runs out, players will redeploy into an area near where they were previously eliminated, giving everyone one free respawn early on. This second chance does not last the entire match, though, as the feature becomes unavailable later in the game. After this point, or once a player has already used their free redeploy, teammates can only be brought back by using a Redeploy Tower.
How to Redeploy Teammates in Battlefield RedSec
As mentioned earlier, players who no longer have a second chance available will need to be redeployed using a Redeploy Tower. These towers can be found in every major named POI across the Battlefield RedSec map, with their locations marked both on the map and on the HUD once a squad member has been eliminated. These can also be pinged by both yourself and squadmates using the map to better pinpoint their locations.
When you locate a Redeploy Tower, interact with it to begin the redeployment process. Players must stay within the area as the tower activates, with the activation status displayed on screen. During this time, the tower emits a loud siren-like sound that can alert nearby enemies to your position, so be prepared for possible engagements.
Once the Redeploy Tower has fully activated, all currently eliminated squadmates will redeploy into the area, and the tower will become inactive afterward.
