Baldur's Gate 3 gives you a vast world to explore. Act 3 finally brings your party to the titular city of Baldur's Gate, which is massive compared to the first two acts. This is where you will decide the fate of the city and the end of your journey. Prepare for the final battle by building alliances with your companions and allies.

The final act also gives you access to the powerful Helldusk armor. This heavy armor set is one of the best in the game and is stronger than the Flawed Helldusk armor that you can make earlier on. The Helldusk Helmet can only be found in a specific area involving the devil, Raphael. You must infiltrate his house to acquire the helmet.

Enter the House of Hope

A map displays the location of Devil's Fee

Raphael will offer a contract to you multiple times throughout the game. Whether or not you accept his offer, you can break into the House of Hope to rob him. Go to the Devil's Fee shop in the Lower City to meet Helsik.

Astarion speaks to Helsik in her shop

She is an expert thief specializing in robbing the Devils of their rare valuables. Pay her an exorbitant fee or convince Helsik you'll steal an item for her. This will buy her aid for your heist in the Hells. She will give the player instructions on how to complete the portal ritual upstairs. Place the required items in the circle to activate the portal and enter the House of Hope.

You will be greeted by Hope. She will ask for help escaping the House of Hope and give you a disguise so you blend in with the other debtors walking the halls. Keep this disguise on to not trigger any combat as you explore the area. You do not want to provoke fights in this area until you are ready to steal your contact or free Hope.

Activate the Inert Infernal Gem

There are all sorts of interesting items to steal, so take a rogue or some invisibility potions with you to secure some valuable loot. Look for the Inert Infernal Gem placed on a wall north of the feast hall in front of the Boudoir area.

You will have to pass a 10 Wisdom check and a 20 Arcana check to open this hidden BG3 door. If you fail, the gem will blast your characters away from it. Thankfully, this will do no damage, and you can retry the checks as many times as you want.

Pass the checks to access the hidden treasure trove. The Staff of Spellpower is on a pedestal to the right and Mol's contract is on the left. Loot the treasure crates for 666 Gold and the Helldusk Helmet.
