About Kelly Coffey-Behrens

Kelly has been writing about the pop culture and entertainment industries since 2016, diving headfirst into the theme park world in 2019.

In 2022, she turned a long-time dream into reality by relocating to Central Florida, where she now enjoys weekly visits to Orlando's iconic parks. Whether she's joining her favorite hitchhiking ghosts or sipping on Starbucks along Hollywood Boulevard as the Tower of Terror illuminates in nighttime projections, Kelly knows how to make the most out of every trip, even if it's last minute.

Outside of her writing, Kelly loves escaping into a gripping thriller novel or indulging in spooky movie nights with her two fur babies.

When she's not immersing herself in stories, she can be found playing Mario Party, Far Cry, or Resident Evil alongside her husband.

Favorite TV Shows

Kelly is a true TV enthusiast, diving into everything from binge-worthy dramas to classic sitcoms, with Friends taking the top spot in her heart (Could there BE any other answer?).

She’s a dedicated true crime connoisseur, captivated by There’s Something Wrong With Aunt Diane, American Murder: The Family Next Door, and Murdaugh Murders: A Southern Scandal.

For lighter moments, Monk, The Office, or Ginny & Georgia are her top picks.

When it’s time to unwind with a glass of wine, you’ll find her fully immersed in the world of The Bachelo r or The Circle, gossiping with her best friend over the latest drama.

Favorite Games

Kelly is a game enthusiast, diving into everything from board games to video games with equal excitement.

Game nights with family and friends are a must, especially when Jackbox, Monopoly, Scene It, or Yahtzee are involved.

When Kelly and her husband settle in for a cozy night at home, they often join forces as an unbeatable team—playing as Yoshi and Toad in Mario Party, taking on Albert Wesker in Resident Evil 5, or fighting to reclaim Hope County from Joseph Seed in Far Cry 5.

With her competitive personality, there’s hardly a game she won’t try,

Favorite Movies

As a complete Disney nerd, Kelly’s all-time favorite movie is The Lion King,  with How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days as a close runner-up.

But don’t let that fool you—she’s also a spooky queen at heart. In fact, Kelly kicks off her Halloween celebrations on her birthday, August 19, indulging in horror marathons of The Conjuring, Saw, and the Halloween franchise on repeat until the big day arrives.

Fun fact: Kelly tied the knot on Halloween, which featured a Haunted Mansion theme, perfectly fitting her spooky queen status.
