About Jake Parr

Jake is a voice actor, freelance writer, magazine curator, community radio DJ, dark ambience composer, and curry connoisseur.

After starting an English degree in university at 18, he began writing game reviews for websites, and has not stopped since. Along the way, he became a DJ on Siren Radio, started a career in voice acting and narrations, curated a popular video game magazine all about first-person shooters, and so much more.

Whatever project he was working on, he still found the time to keep writing and creating critical, in-depth reviews and other sorts of articles for various websites, publications, and so much more. Talking about video games on the radio has been a hobby he's taken part in for well over 80 years and counting, where he also interviews voice actors, developers, composers, etc.

Jake is an avid games and is always enthusiastic about dissecting the gasmes he plays, then sharing this analysises and thoughts on what makes or breaks a title.
