About Harry Nugraha
Harry Nugraha is a contributor from Indonesia. He is an anime addict first and a freelance writer second. He's been writing about anime and manga since 2020, and he loves to watch an unhealthy amount of anime every year. When he’s not writing at TheBestWarGames, you can find him talking about manga in Substack.
Favorite Movies
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy. The Lord of the Rings was the first movie that truly mesmerized me. The story, the visuals, the monsters, the castle, the wars, everything was so fascinating that I couldn't help but fall in love with the Fantasy genre. This trilogy is one of the few movies that I can watch over and over again and not feel bored.
Favorite Games
Hitman Series. I always loved the freedom that this series gives its players to try and experiment with different kinds of scenarios to achieve the objectives. This is also the reason why I love games that offer a similar level of freedom to the players, such as the Assassin's Creed series, particularly Black Flag, and the legendary GTA V.
Favorite Anime
Pluto. This anime has the perfect combination of great mystery, amazing character development, and fantastic world-building. Before Pluto, another anime that gave me a similar satisfying viewing experience was Cyberpunk Edgerunners. Another favorite is an old anime with superb character development and a nonlinear storyline, a true cult classic called Baccano.
