Favorite Games

My favourite games at the moment are story-driven. Some highlights are Silent Hill f, Cyberpunk 2077, and Red Dead Redemption 2. I particularly like story games that go a bit deeper and really make you think! Saying that, I grew up in the early 2000s, so I've always had a soft spot for Pokemon, especially the new Legends series.

Industry Focus

My industry focus at the moment is games that are worth the asking price. With so many games demanding $70+ of hard-earned money, I don't think large, empty open worlds are enough anymore. I'm more concerned with what those open worlds are filled with, and with companies who develop large open worlds like Ubisoft seeing declines in share prices in recent years, I'm determined to get to the bottom of why this is happening and why so many publishers struggle to get their games off the shelves. 

Favorite Console

I've always been ambidextrous when it comes to consoles, having swapped between platforms a fair few times since I got into gaming in the late 2000s. Saying that though, I've always had a soft spot for Nintendo, and my Nintendo Switch 2 barely ever leaves my bag when I travel, so if I had to pick a favourite, that would be it!
