Although Ashleigh doesn't quite remember which year she fell in love with video games, what she does remember is that it involved The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. That said, most of her video gaming memories included learning Simlish, causing mayhem with her younger brother in the "Capture the Flag" mode in Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, jamming out to Living Colour’s "Cult of Personality" in GTA: San Andreas and her first RPG experiences in The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt as an adult.


Nevertheless, outside of video games, she's quite an avid fan of all things Marvel/MCU, Star Wars, and professional wrestling (to the surprise of absolutely no one LOL)! However, Ashleigh does own a Letterboxd account, she has forgotten to log in her entries for 2025, so please remind her to do so.

Favorite Games

Ashleigh has a great love and appreciation for games with single-player experiences, although it has mostly been RPGs and MMOs, with Dragon Age: Inquisition, Elden Ring, Lies of P, The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind, and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt as personal standouts.

Outside of RPGs and MMOs, she also enjoyed Blue Prince, Inscryption, and PowerWash Simulator, the latter is purely to decompress after a day's work.

Industry Focus

With almost eight years of experience in the Journalism and Media field, with four years specifically in video games media, Ashleigh has thrived in merticulously crafting gaming guides ranging from quest and event walkthroughs, puzzle solutions, item, equipment and weapon locations, collectibles, and more for various titles like Conan Exiles, Elden Ring, Elder Scrolls Online, Genshin Impact, Marvel Snap, Palia, and Pokémon GO just to name.

She also has an affinity for covering the latest gaming-adjacent entertainment news and lending her analyses and critiques in gaming previews and reviews for the latest and forthcoming video games.

Favorite Console

If she's being honest, it's a toss-up between the PlayStation 2 (where some of her earliest gaming memories came from) and the Xbox One (the first console she bought with her money.

But as there's no "right answer," her answer would be the Nintendo Switch since she can take it with her on her international traveling adventures.
