About Andrea Trama
Andrea is an editor at The Best War Games, where she has been writing professionally about video games for nearly five years. She became a gamer for life at 8, thanks to a copy of Pokemon Red and her Game Boy. As a Destiny 2 and Pokemon fan, Andrea loves games where she's tasked with thinking strategically. When she is not editing, Andrea writes about games she likes and finds new ways to create content for The Best War Games.
Favorite Console
The Steam Deck because it triggers handheld nostalgia and provides a serotonin boost.
Favorite Games
Any Pokemon game, although her favorites are Pokemon Black and White, Legends: Arceus, and Scarlet and Violet. Destiny 2 is also a favorite for its sci-fi setting and story as well as buildcrafting and gunplay. Currently, she enjoys theorycrafting Commander decks in Magic: The Gathering and hunt for shinies in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
Proudest Gaming Achievement
Having completed the base Scarlet and Violet shiny Pokedex. That, or beating Destiny 2's Duality solo flawlessly.
