Attack On Titan is one of the biggest anime and manga series in history. The darker themes of the story and the characters definitely made the story stand out.
Sadly for fans, however, the Attack on Titan manga ended quite a while ago now, back in 2021, after serializing for about 12 years since 2009. The anime has also ended recently, over a year ago in 2023.
In other words, fans don’t really have anything to look forward to, or so they believed. Indeed, recently, the producer of the series, Tetsuya Kinoshita, revealed that the Attack on Titan series will be getting more content. It was confirmed by him that there are plans to make more movies for the series like the most recent one, Attack on Titan: The Last Attack.
This is definitely good news for fans, as this will be the only animated content fans can really look forward to now for the franchise. This is what Tetsuya Kinoshita had to say exactly:

One thing to keep in mind, however, is that these movies Tetsuya Kinoshita is talking about might not be anything new, content-wise. He compared the new movies to the Last Attack film. This movie was nothing more than a recap or a compilation of the last episodes of the Attack on Titan series. While that’s nice in its own way, it’s not the most interesting movie the series can get, especially as the content is already out there.
Crunchyroll Now Streaming Attack on Titan Compilation Movie
The last two episodes of the Attack on Titan anime come together in THE LAST ATTACK, now on Crunchyroll.
It would definitely be nice if new stories surrounding the Attack on Titan world were told in newer movies instead. An example of that could be a movie about the Great Titan War, a topic that could definitely be explored more deeply. Another possibility could be the adaptation of the Attack on Titan spin-off series known as Attack on Titan: Before The Fall. Either way, there is definitely a lot to explore in this world, and doing only compilation movies would definitely be a letdown for fans.

New and better Attack on Titan video games would definitely be phenomenal for the series. As fans know, the series already has a few video games out, but they can definitely do better in that department. The Attack On Titan world has a lot of potential for great games, so fans will have to wait and see what is in store for the series in the future.
