Astro Bot has no shortage of colorful characters, all of which are likenesses from iconic PlayStation franchises from the platform's near three-decade history. Some of these serve as merely a nod to the past and a shot of nostalgia for long-time PS players, whereas others will be the ticket to getting the elusive platinum for the game.

Players looking to earn all the trophies on offer in Astro Bot will need to prove their skills as a platformer player, as well as have at least a base knowledge of PlayStation's rich history. One such example is the Let's Twist Again trophy, which requires players to firstly solve a little riddle. This guide will show you how to dance with an iconic marsupial and earn the Let's Twist Again trophy in Astro Bot.

Who is the Iconic Marsupial in Astro Bot?

In case you're drawing a blank on the iconic marsupial that Astro will need to dance with to unlock the Let's Twist Again trophy, it's none other than Crash Bandicoot. The long-time PlayStation mascot has been a mainstay for Sony since the 90s, and is one of the most recognizable characters in video gaming.

Crash is one of the many PlayStation cameos making an appearance in Astro Bot, with one bot sporting a costume in Crash's likeness. Like all the other lost bots in the game, Astro will need to go and rescue the Crash bot before dancing with the gaming icon is even a possibility. Thankfully, players won't have to wait long before they stumble upon the marsupial in the denim shorts.

How To Find Crash Bandicoot in Astro Bot

The Crash Bandicoot-inspired bot in Astro Bot is one of the first franchise-themed bots you'll find on your journey, as he appears on the first world, Gorilla Nebula, on just the second planet. It is in the follow-up to Sky Garden, called Az-Tech Trail, that you will stumble upon Crash.

In Az-Tech Trail, Crash is the third bot you'll find, if you're looking to grab them all in order. After defeating the cactus enemy early in the level, players will spot an oversized crate full of Wumpa fruit covering the entirety of a floating platform. Players will need to break this create with Astro's boxing glove ability, jump on the platform, then jump onto the previously-blocked platform to rescue the Crash bot.

Rescuing Crash is only part of the journey in unlocking the Let's Twist Again trophy, as rescuing the iconic marsupial alone won't be enough to get him in the mood for dancing. In addition to Crash, players will also have to unlock his friend and mentor, Aku Aku. The iconic mask can be unlocked through the Gatcha store. It's a game of chance, and it'll cost you 100 coins for each collectible, but once you've unlocked the Protective Spirit, Crash will be in a mood for dancing.

With both Crash and Aku Aku unlocked and standing on the opposite side of the Mothership to your Dual Speeder ship, players can now unlock the Let's Twist Again trophy. Simply walk up to Crash and press the down button on the D-pad to trigger Astro to start dancing. Crash will see Astro doing this and the two of them will bust the bandicoot's iconic dance moves together.
