To switch Endministrator in Arknights: Endfield, you must progress through the main quest until you unlock OMV Dijiang, the spaceship you woke up in.

While Xaihi introduces you to OMV Dijiang, you'll get a tutorial about changing the Endministrator's identity. This can be done by heading to the Statis Core aboard the spaceship.

The Statis Core is located on the top-right side of the OMV Dijiang map. It's to the right of the Reception Room, in the Kernel Sector, and above the Working Sector.

Touch the Statis Core stone to get a prompt about changing the Endministrator's appearance. This can be done with no limit, but each swap has a 24-hour cooldown.
