Proceed forward and turn right to find a note located east of the Valley Transfer. The note reveals that someone slipped inside the camp and escaped upwards to run away.

After confirming with Fiona that Romano is probably the one who escaped, use the nearby rope to go up and climb the stairs to defeat the enemies. Next, turn right and approach the second set of stairs to find some Landbreakers talking with each other.

Take care of them and interact with the Electric Nexus, only to find out it's not working. Endmins need to find a power source and link it to the Nexus to proceed.

Enter AIC mode to start building and choose Relay Tower, as it can transmit power. One Relay Tower requires 20 Origocrusts to craft.

While in AIC mode, start transmission from the main tower or the nearby Relay Towers and walk forward while building more towers. The maximum distance you can have between two towers is 80 meters, so build the Relay Towers next to each other without exceeding 80 meters.
