Buck Capsule (A) is one of the most profitable types of product Arknights Endfield players can make in Valley IV, but it's also one of the hardest to make. Producing Buck Capsule (A) not only requires tons of materials, but you'll also need plenty of free space in your factory as well. Planning for a Buck Capsule (A) production line in Endfield is pretty tricky, and if you're looking for inspiration on what to do for your own AIC, here's a quick guide showing a simple chain operating at 100% efficiency.

Here's how to get and farm Carbon and Stabilized Carbon, so you can easily make materials like Xiranite Components.

Unlike our layout for Buck Capsule (B) in Endfield, this factory setup is much bigger, and it is separated into two separate production lines using the following materials:

  • Double Steel Bottle production line
    • Ferrium Ore→Ferrium→Ferrium Powder→Dense Ferrium Powder→Steel→Steel Bottle
    • Sandflower→Sandflower Powder→Dense Ferrium Powder→Steel→Steel Bottle
  • Ground Buckflower Powder production line
    • Buckflower+Sandflower→Ground Buckflower Powder

All the necessary materials needed to make Buck Capsule (A) will be produced on the main AIC production floor itself, which means this factory blueprint will occupy roughly 40% of a fully-upgraded base's buildable area. The entire chain is so big that it can't be saved as a blueprint, so instead, we'll go over each of the two production lines individually.

This production line uses 10 Bus Depot Unloaders carrying with 8 Ferrium and 2 Sandflower outputs. Arrange them as seen in the diagram above, then connect them into these sequences:

  • Ferrium Ore→Refining Unit→Shredding Unit→Grinding Unit→Refining Unit→Moulding Unit
  • Sandflower→Shredding Unit→Protocol Storage Stash→Grinding Unit

Tossing Sandflower into a Shredding Unit yields 3 Sandflower Powder per 2 seconds. Therefore, one Sandflower Shredding Unit can support 2 Grinding Units, leaving enough space for another Protocol Stash for stockpiling any excess Sandflower Powder.

The setup yields 60 Steel Bottles per minute, which is exactly what you need for constant Buck Capsule (A) production).

Ground Buckflower Powder Factory Blueprint

This is a self-sustaining Buckflower and Sandflower farm that needs no external belts or bus loaders using a simple Planting Unit setup repeated four times; two for Buckflower, and two for Sandflower.

Start by connecting 1 Seed-Picking Unit to 2 Planting Units. One planter is connected to a Shredding Unit, while the other simply loops back to the Seed-Picking Unit to provide an unlimited amount of plants/seeds.

Excess belts connecting Planting/Seeding units and storage stashes in the diagram above are purely for aesthetics.

You need to connect 1 Buckflower chain and 1 Sandflower chain to a Grinding Unit to produce Ground Buckflower Powder. Build two such chains to meet the resource demand for Buck Capsule (A).

Now that you have Steel Bottles and Ground Buckflower Powder production lines going, all you need to do is connect them to a Filling Unit that flows into a Protocol Storage Stash. This will produce 6 Buck Capsule (A) per minute.

Again, the setup above eats up a large amount of space on your main AIC. There's a silver lining, though: it uses a minimal amount of depot bus space. This Buck Capsule (A) production will mostly eat up the empty space in the middle of your AIC area, leaving you with more depot bus space for other standalone production chains.

You can save some space by delegating materials production (i.e. Steel, flowers, etc) to production lines in the various Outposts along Valley IV. However, even if you do that, you'll still need roughly the same number of Depot Bus Unloaders, if not more.
