The Elevated Rescue quest in Arknights: Endfield is located northeast of the Blightcliff Observation Cliff, right across the bridge leading to the Component Style in Origin Lodespring.

Speak to Hermann to start the quest, and he'll tell you to rescue a trucker nearby.
