As with many action-driven gacha games, much of the power scaling in Arknights Endfield is dictated by a character's attributes. It's always nice to see numbers go up, but the way stats are handled here is a little different from other popular titles. Building an Operator is still a fairly straightforward process, though there are some additional details in Endfield that you'll want to pay attention to, especially if you want to get the most out of the gear you have.

Primary and Secondary Attributes in Endfield

In other gacha games like Genshin Impact or Wuthering Waves, players only need to worry about actual stat values like ATK, CRIT Rate, and so on. In Endfield, each Operator has the four following Attributes:

  • Strength affects a character's Base HP
  • Agility increases your Operator's Physical Resistance
  • Intellect influences Arts Resistance
  • Will is directly related to Treatment Bonus

Apart from the benefits listed above, every Endfield Operator will also gain an ATK increase based on their Main and Secondary Attributes. If you inspect your Operator in the Character menu, you'll notice that one of their Attributes has a yellow background, while another has a gray background. The former indicates their Main Attribute, while the latter is their Secondary Attribute. The higher these numbers are, the more bonus ATK they'll gain.

Be sure to keep an eye on the Attributes that your Operators' weapons provide. They don't exactly have Attribute requirements, but it's almost always better to use one that matches your Operator's preferences.

Other Stats

Of course, Endfield also uses the same kinds of stats you'd often see in other similar gacha games. Most of your power is derived from here, and they're pretty self-explanatory too:

Critical Rate

Chance to inflict a Critical Hit

Critical DMG

Damage inflicted by Critical Hits

Arts Intensity

Affects the strength of Physical Statuses and Arts Inflictions

Treatment Bonus

Influences the strength of outgoing healing

Treatment Received Bonus

Influences the strength of incoming healing

Combo Skill Cooldown

Affects how often characters can use Combo Skills

Ultimate Gain Efficiency

Boosts the rate at which your Ultimate charges

Stagger Efficiency Bonus

Determines how much Stagger you can inflict

DMG Bonuses

Increases damage dealt with specific damage types

Resistances

Decreases the damage you take from specific damage types

All of these stats are influenced by the weapons and gear your Operators are using. Using specific Gear sets will significantly boost your character's strengths, so pick ones that you know will benefit your builds.
