In ARC Raiders, there are literally 100s of different items that players can collect over the course of their runs, ranging from powerful weapons to literal rubber ducks lying on the ground. A lot of these items have very clear use cases from the moment they are picked up, like weapon parts being used on guns, but there are quite a few extremely valuable items out there that prove to be just as, if not more, useful than even some epic or legendary ones.
ARC Raiders: All Trinkets & How to Farm Them
Trinkets are the best source to get coins in ARC Raiders, here's a list of all of them, how much each one sells for, and the best route to farm them.
The reason players overlook these items can be for a number of reasons, such as their sell value not being that great, it not explicitly stating what they are used for when hovered, or maybe the effectiveness just doesn't seem all that high. The reality is that these items can be incredibly important to both new and experienced players, giving them access to higher-tier items faster and making their whole experience just a bit easier.
Rusted Gear
Getting Those Final Guns
Details:
- Used for the tier three gunsmith bench
- Rarely found outside of vehicles, generators, and industrial drawers
Rusted gears are one of the most elusive items in all of ARC Raiders. Many players can go dozens of hours without finding more than one, but they are actually an incredibly important component for upgrading the Gunsmith bench. In order to go from level two to three, players need three rusted gears, alongside some sentinel cores and advanced mechanical components, which unlock a new set of powerful weapons for players to craft.
Guns like the Hullcracker and Jupiter are only craftable once the player has found the blueprints and unlocked the third tier of the bench, which means that they will be stuck using some pretty basic gear until they manage to find those last few gears. What makes the item particularly annoying as well is the locations and drop rate throughout the maps. There are no guaranteed spawns, only general areas, and with so many people all looking for the same few pieces of loot, the chances of getting more than one in a run are next to zero.
Adrenaline Shots
Zooming Around The Map
Details:
- Cheap to craft and common to find in the world
- Helpful for getting away or extracting quickly
Adrenaline Shots are an item that is often overlooked by a large majority of the player base. Even if they don't have the One Raiders Scrap's skill, which allows additional field-crafted items to spawn when looting, they will still find plenty of Shots throughout the world, either choosing to use them instantly to free up some inventory space or throw them away without consuming them at all.
Why an ARC Raiders Bounty System Wouldn't Work as Well as You Think
Players keep asking for a bounty system in ARC Raiders, but the idea creates more problems and risks pulling the game away from what makes it work.
However, the consumable can actually be incredibly important in creating small advantages that can make all the difference in the larger context of a raid. Being able to constantly regain an entire stamina bar at once can turn losing fights into winning ones, open the doors for a quick getaway, or simply make getting to high loot spots first more feasible. In general, it is a good idea to keep hold of a few and even craft a full set after every raid, as not only are they very cheap to make, but also unbelievably versatile.
Magnets
From Mods To Entire Guns
Details:
- Vital material for augments, weapons, and attachments
- Low sell value and high abundance make players ignore them often
Magnets are a pretty easy-to-find material that players constantly find themselves needing more of. Their uses span everything from Mk 2 augments to specific gun blueprints, but having enough around to actually craft anything useful is easier said than done, as, despite being highly abundant, their sell value makes them less than desirable to keep around.
There are other similar items, like duct tape and springs, that are in a similar situation where they are useful for so many different crafting recipes, but often left behind in place of items with a higher monetary value. Yet as players craft more and more items, they will run into a few roadblocks if they choose to ignore these small but mighty items that can be the single difference between a good loadout and a bad one.
Durable Cloth
Medical Supplies Galore
Details:
- Important for most medical supplies
- Low selling value individually
Durable Cloths are found throughout medical and commercial locations in ARC Raiders, and while they are a useful component for crafting some better medical supplies than just basic bandages, many players simply ignore them while playing. Despite being an uncommon tier resource, they can actually be quite annoying to get a hold of in bulk without actively searching them out, as they are only found in specific areas of a few maps, and can only be gained by recycling a small number of other items, like spring cushions.

Stay alive and loot in peace with these 10 crucial tips for avoiding PvP in ARC Raiders. Craft your way to safety and extract with ease!
This means that if players want to craft multiple herbal bandages or even some sterilized ones, they will likely struggle due to the lack of extra cloth lying around. It is a good habit to get into of grabbing a few whenever players are visiting the hospital or another medical hotspot, as having to purposely search for them can be quite annoying, especially given how contested some of the areas can be.
Nature Materials
When Life Gives You Lemons
Details:
- Every single one has a use case
- Specific locations that are rarely checked naturally.
One class of materials that new players constantly overlook is nature. Everything from lemons to apricots falls under the umbrella, and while players don't need too many of each to upgrade scrappy, finding even a few can be quite a chore. Upgrading the lovable rooster early is a great way of giving players some passive extra resources, even if they simply sell them for some cash, so getting those pesky fruits as soon as possible should be high on new players' lists.
Also, most nature items can be recycled into seeds, which serve as a currency for trading with Celeste, who has plenty of useful items in her catalog. This turns a simple apricot into a stepping stone for acquiring a wider range of items down the line, so even if players manage to max out their chicken, they can still find some use out of the tiniest of plants across the maps.
