The Echoes of Victory quest in ARC Raiders takes players back to the corners of the Dam Battlegrounds map to try and recover the battle plans. These battle plans are found in a makeshift hideout under a broken highway bridge, but players will need to search the area a bit to find them. However, here's a quick guide that explains where to find the hidden hideout and obtain the battle plans to complete Echoes of Victory Ridge in ARC Raiders.

Hideout Under Broken Highway Location Echoes of Victory Ridge ARC Raiders

To start the Echoes of Victory Ridge quest in ARC Raiders, players will need to head to the West Broken Bridge landmark on the Dam Battlegrounds map. The area can be found in the northernmost section of the map, just northwest of Power Generation Complex.

The good: Due to being present on the outskirts of the map, there is little to no raider activity in the area, which means you can freely roam around here without any risk of getting into a PvP encounter. The bad: Unless you spawn nearby, you'll have to travel quite a bit to reach there, so make sure to carry one or two adrenaline shots with you to make the journey a bit easier.

Hideout Under Broken Highway Echoes of Victory Ridge ARC Raiders

Once you arrive in the area, head to the collapsed road structure of the highway with totaled cars littered around. You'll spot a road structure with a blue tarp on it, which will have a bit of space underneath that can be used as a makeshift hideout.

Major Aiva's Patch Echoes of Victory Ridge ARC Raiders

Go underneath the bridge and you'll find a metal container inside. Interact with the container to find Major Aiva's Patch inside. Pick up the patch and make sure to put it inside your Safe Pocket to avoid losing it in case you die before extracting.

Echoes of Victory Ridge Quest Complete ARC Raiders

Once you're done, simply head to a nearby extraction and safely head back to Speranza. Talk to Celeste to complete the Echoes of Victory Ridge quest in ARC Raiders, and hand the badge over to her to claim 6x Crude Explosives, 2x Processors, and a Music Box trinket as a reward.

This will play a short cutscene that will fill you in on the lore of Major Aiva and her connection to one of the traders. Make sure not to skip this scene if you're interested in the overarching lore of ARC Raiders.
