After the first chase sequence, turn around to find a note on a small table in a corner.
Note #2 - Shipping Manifest - July '95
After you grapple for the first time, you will reach a small room with a bunch of containers. Move around some of the cubes on the left side to squeeze into a tight space to find this one.
Note #3 - Inventory - September '95
In the area in the intro when you're moving boxes, stack them to reach this small alcove containing a note.
Note #4 - Wrongside Outimal Branding Note
When you reach the section where you turn on the power switches while following a little creature, you will eventually pass a small cardboard house that says 'Home,' and then a door. Look behind the door for this note.
Note #5 - Work Procedures - Recycling and Reclamation
You'll find a medical inventory room with metal shelves by one of the conveyor belts --look in the corner to find this note on the floor.
Note #6 - Outimal Note
Before you get to Giblet's room, you'll find a space with a glass window looking into another room. Enter one of the doors on the side to find a bathroom and a note underneath a makeshift tent.

When you get to Giblet's room, look on the racecar bed.
Note #8 - The Better Press, Issue 14
When you reach Giblet's room, check out his workbench.
Note #9 - Lab Report: Medium Growth and Plantlife
When you enter the Biodiversity Lab for the first time, turn left after you walk in to find this note on a pile of colored boxes.
Note #10 - Reminder
In the Biodiversity Lab, you'll spot a locked room with a note on the board. To get inside, turn around and crouch to enter a tunnel system. Look for a lever you can pull yourself towards to reach the room.
Note #11 - Dr. Arkin's Personal Letter 1
Once you get past the big tree room in the Biodiversity Labs, the next room will have some desks in it. Look on top of one of them to find this note.
Note #12 - GrabPack Hands Rejection
When you walk into the Engineering Room, go straight, then look in the back right corner, behind some shelves, to find this note.

Input the correct pin in the Engineering Room keypad.

How to Escape the Grand Stitchery in Poppy Playtime: Chapter 5

After unlocking the power to attach to magnetic surfaces in the Engineering Workshop, use it to pull yourself across the bridge to enter a new room with the note on the desk.
Note #21 - Medical Report: Edward M.N. Ritterman
When you need to pull yourself to multiple magnetic surfaces, look out for a red valve on the right to turn off some flames. Facing the valve, turn right, then left, and left again to find a secret area with the document.
Note #22 - To Whomever Finds This
In the room with the power puzzle and the elevators, go down the left shaft and look closely to find a hidden battery underneath it in the dark. Take the battery into the hallway behind the glass tube and insert it into the slot to unlock a secret room.
Note #23 - Conditioning Observations
While you're finding your way to Reanimation, you'll find a kids' room with a castle. Look on the ground for this note.
Note #24 - Observation: Lily
When you get to the large Memory machine on your way to Reanimation, look behind it.
Note #25 - Letter to Leith #2
When you turn on the power for the slideshows to get the second (or third) memory, you'll find this note in the room with that memory.
