Elden Ring is an open-world RPG where players take control of the Tarnished as they explore the massive areas in the game. Interacting with the withered arm in Mohgwyn Palace transports the player to the DLC. Similarly to the base game, there are several Churches to be found throughout the different areas in the Realm of Shadow.
These landmarks not only have significant value in terms of lore, but also have items and armor sets that players can acquire from these locations. This guide includes a step-by-step walkthrough for the locations of the four Churches added in Shadow of the Erdtree and what players can find once they reach them.
How To Get To the Church Of Benediction
After making your way to the Main Gate Cross Site of Grace near Belurat Tower Settlement, summon your Spectral Steed and ride southeast, following the path along the mountainside. Soon, you will reach the Cliffroad Terminus Site of Grace, and next to it should be Prospect Town.
Head southeast past the numerous Bloodfiends, and you will reach what looks like the end of the path. However, there is a path next to the wall in the south direction. Follow along this wall to reach a hole in the mountain leading to a Curseblade enemy that will ambush you. Dealing with this enemy from afar is recommended, as it can deal a lot of damage and has a flurry of close-range attacks. Drop down ahead, and you should find yourself near the outer walls of the Church of Benediction.

How To Get To the Church Of Consolation
After arriving at the Gravesite Plain, you will come across the first Site of Grace. Head northwest to reach the Scorched Ruins Site of Grace. From the Grace, ride south on your Torrent, following the main road for as long as you can. You will pass multiple Shadow enemies as well as Rotten Stray Dogs. At the end of the path, you will come to the Church of Consolation, where you can find numerous Messmer Soldiers and a Black Knight. The Blessing of Marika is a short distance from the Church near the edge of the area.
If you feel overwhelmed by the number of enemies present, you can summon Spirit Ashes in this area to fight alongside you.

How To Get To the Church Of The Crusade
In the Gravesite Plain, head northeast to reach the Castle Front Site of Grace, the entrance of the Legacy Dungeon, Castle Ensis. After exploring the inside of the Castle, go to the Castle Lord's Chamber, where you can go face-to-face against Rellana, Twin Moon Knight. After defeating 
Rellana, head northeast to reach Scadu Altus.
From the Highroad Cross Site of Grace, head northwest up the hill in the distance. There should be several Messmer Soldiers patrolling the area that you can deal with before proceeding forward. Keep following this path until you reach the entrance of the Church of the Crusade. Inside the Church, you will be attacked by Fire Knight Queelign, who drops the 
Prayer Room Key and 
Ash of War: Flame Skewer once defeated. You can use the Prayer Room Key inside the Church District in Shadow Keep to interact with the NPC in his physical form.

How To Get To the Abandoned Church
To reach the Abandoned Church, you must first reach the Abyssal Woods. From the Shadow Keep Main Gate, go to the courtyard where a Fire Knight and multiple Shadow Militiamen are present. Head left of the bridge to go down a ladder and through the waterfall to interact with another ladder. You will reach a room with a painting and an illusionary wall on the right. Go through the wall and interact with the coffin at the end to be teleported to Castle Watering Hole. From the Site of Grace, head southeast, reaching the Recluses River, then proceed forward to reach the Downstream Site of Grace.
There should be multiple rock slabs near the side of the wall that you can use to go down and head southeast, reaching the Darklight Catacombs. This is one of the larger catacombs in Shadow of the Erdtree, with multiple floors and a ton of loot. At the end of the Catacombs, you will face Jori, Elder Inquisitor. After you have defeated him, you will get the 
Barbed Staff-Spear and can proceed through the doorway to reach Abyssal Woods.
Upon arriving in Abyssal Woods, you can not summon your Spectral Steed as it is frightened. You will have to explore the whole area on foot.
Keep following the path to the South to make your way to a Site of Grace. Along the way, you will find multiple messages that you can interact with. These messages refer to Aging Untouchables, which you will encounter later in this area. Head southeast, following the main road from the Woodland Trail Site of Grace.
From the Grace, head south. Ignore the madness-driven sheep, as they mean you no harm. You will be attacked by an NPC named Madding Hand, who drops the Madding Hand (Weapon) once defeated. As you continue along this path, you will soon reach the Abandoned Church. There is a Site of Grace here that you can interact with, as well as the 
Frenzyflame Perfume Bottle, which is hidden to the north behind a structure.
