Every Grow a Garden update introduces new features and mechanics, and this is once again the case with the game's summer event. As well as a bunch of new crops and pets, Update 11 added the Summer Harvest, which sees players working together with the rest of the people on their server to earn all kinds of exciting rewards.

To take part in the Grow a Garden Summer Harvest event, Roblox players will need to submit summer plants into the harvest box in the center of the map. Doing so will earn points for the server, and earning enough points will lead to everybody getting rewards. Rarer plants are worth more points, as too are ones with gold and rainbow mutations.
The Grow a Garden Summer Harvest event takes place every hour at XX:00 and lasts for exactly ten minutes.

The best way to earn all of the Grow a Garden Summer Harvest rewards is to play on a GaG private server, as doing so will allow you to complete the event with your friends rather than random strangers.
How to Earn Points in the Grow a Garden Summer Harvest Event
To earn points, players simply need to harvest their summer fruits and then head to the harvest box in the center of the map. They can either put the fruit in their hand and then interact with the box itself or speak with Georgia and select the "I want to donate all of my summer fruits" option. To earn rewards, players will need to have donated at least one summer fruit to the cause. Rewards will then be automatically distributed once the event timer reaches zero, so make sure you have space in your inventory.
As of Update 1.12.0, there's a one in three chance that a Mega Harvest event will take place. If this happens, all points will be doubled.
