With Alan Wake 2 being a full survival horror title, Remedy Entertainment has introduced a range of both new and expanded aspects into the sequel. While the original title did have a few collectibles and secrets, Alan Wake 2 ups the ante in this regard. There are quite an array of extra activities and optional puzzles included throughout the game as players make their way further into the supernatural
Tale of Alan and Saga. Though not required to see the main story, these undertakings usually pay off in the long run.
In the section of Alan Wake 2 titled Return 3: Local Girl, players will find themselves in the shoes of FBI agent Saga Anderson as she follows up on a number of earlier leads in the suburb of Bright Falls called Watery. There are also many hidden cult stashes and keys in Watery, as well as a handful of Federal Bureau of Control experiments involving children's chalk drawings and accompanying nursery rhyme. Finding and solving these riddles not only adds a bit to the overall air of mystery, but also will reward players with a charm for Saga that provides a small buff or bonus when equipped. Following are the steps to find and complete the rhyme found in the Downtown Watery.
Alan Wake 2: Watery Downtown Nursery Rhyme Location & Solution
Before being able to access this particular puzzle, players will need to have first completed the goal to find the screwdriver at the Coffee World Gift Shop in Alan Wake 2, located at the java-themed amusement park. After grabbing this helpful tool, players now have a way to force open certain locks. If players return to where the chapter started (where the safe room is) they may notice a smaller cabin behind Suomi Hall at the center of Downtown, seen here:
As mentioned, players will need to make sure they have screwdriver in their inventory in order to pry open the lock on this cabin's door:

Find the Watery Nursery Rhyme Location List
Importantly, this spot also has a list of all other rhyme locations in the Watery region, as it seems to be the operations center for the FBC’s experiments throughout Watery, and players should be sure to check the note on the kitchen table to see it:

Collect The Maiden Doll
The solution in the cabin requires players have the Trickster doll, which can be found at the Watery Lighthouse if it has not already been acquired by this point. It also needs the Maiden doll, which can be picked up right here and added to Saga's collection. It is resting on a counter to the left of the refrigerator:

Assuming players have both of these dolls, then they should place the Trickster doll on the drawing of the jewels, and the Maiden on the house drawing:
Put the Maiden doll on the house.
Place the Trickster doll on the jewels.
Find the Charm Reward
Though this solves the puzzle, players may not immediately notice where the charm reward has shown up. To find it, players should exit the cabin and check the blue mailbox outside on a post to spot it hidden inside:
This is a life-saving Coffee Mug charm, preventing Saga from dying when active, but shattering upon use. With this rhyme solved, players can feel free to continue searching for more of Alan Wake 2's cult stashes and rhymes in Watery before following up on the main goal back in Coffee World.
