Saga Anderson's third chapter in Alan Wake 2 will have players break into the gift shop at Coffee World to reacquire the trailer key. Since Coffee World has been abandoned by the staff and only Taken remains, players will have to figure out a way to open the gift shop safe on their own to access the key and learn more about Saga's fictional past as her story, Return, unfolds in Alan Wake 2.

Alan Wake 2 Gift Shop Safe and Clues
While searching through the gift shop, the safe will be found under the counter where the cash register is. On the top of the safe, players will find a note mentioning a recent change to the safe code and reference a clue to the old code. On that note is a handwritten reply, providing the update code clue as Tracker, Lookout, Cleaner.
Players will now have to head over to the chalkboard with the employee announcements and team member portraits. Three readable messages will provide clues that can be placed on the Case Board in Saga's Mind Place. To find the final clue, profile Ilmo and Jakko.
Solving the Gift Shop Safe Code
Once players have all the clues, Saga will mention there must be a connection between the team members and the safe code. Players will want to return to the employee chalkboard and look at the positions affiliated with each team member. Using the clue provided for the new code, players will have to deduce positions that match the clue's hints, Tracker, Lookout, and Cleaner.
Lookout will match with Security, Joonas, and Cleaner will match with the Janitor, Victor. Players will need to think a bit more outside the box to find a pair for Tracker, thinking not of someone for tracks or follows another person or animal but as someone who puts another person on a track for a ride. This would make the Tracker the Ride Operator, Thomas.
Now that we have our matching employees, take note of the stickers on each of the employee photographs. Each employee will have a sticker that corresponds to the number of years of employment for that staff member - as well as the number of stickers that will indicate the numerical input on the safe for our three-digit code.
Looking at the three photographs, Thomas has one sticker, Joonas has four, and Victor has six. Translating Tracker, Lookout, and Cleaner to Thomas, Joonas, and Victor and replacing each name with the corresponding digit input, players will get a safe code of 1-4-6. Return to the safe, enter the code, and grab the key to Saga's trailer.
