When AEW Fight Forever was first in development, many of the teams and factions that have formed since have not been included, but fans can create these modern teams of AEW wrestlers and customize them in the game.

The developers have even included their entrance names for players to use. Use the following steps to form a new tag team in AEW Fight Forever:

On the main screen, highlight the Custom tab.
Select the Team option.
Select New Team.
Select the Members of the team by selecting Member 1 and Member 2.
Select Profile and edit the team's name, social media handle, and Announce Name. There are several names to choose from, like The Elite, Varsity Blondes, and the recent team, the Blackpool Combat Club.

Create A Tag Team Finisher In AEW Fight Forever

Players can create special tag team moves for their new team. For this example, the recent team of Kenny Omega and Hangman Page are being used. Use the following steps to create a custom move set:

In the custom team screen, select Move-Set.
In the Special Moves screen, select Member 1.
Now, players can choose up to three Tandem Finishers.
Under Member 2, players can set up different Tandem Finishers for the second member or keep it the same.
Players can have up to six Tandem Finishers for one tag team.

Players can customize their tag team's entrance from the custom teams menu using the following steps:

Entrance Motion - players can select a premade entrance motion. More entrances will unlock as players keep playing the game.
Advanced settings - players can choose hand gestures, props, a champion motion, filters, effects, and objects.
Entrance Music - players can choose from a range of entrance music tracks. Some tracks will need to be unlocked with in-game money.
Entrance Video - players can choose new entrance videos for their teams. Unlockable videos will need to be unlocked using in-game money.
